　　“为民”牌手工锻打刀具，重庆人的品牌.　　　　　　　　　

　　　大足县为民刀具厂坐落在“中国西部五金之都”——
龙水镇，是重庆市科委、重庆市经委、重庆市中小企业局、
重庆市“百镇办”、重庆市财政局和大足县人民政府重点支
持的科技型企业。主要生产“为民”牌不锈钢锻打系列刀
具。其产品采用龙水千年传统工艺与现代技术结合而成，经
过千锤百炼，刀面整体分子结构均匀、细密，刀口锋利、能
砍能拍，钝后迅速磨快，经久耐用。同时，保留了传统的具
有刀背厚、堂面空、刀口薄，合手好用的特点，独特的淬火
方式使刀面2／3以上有淬火口。
　　2005年，本厂研制出将铜嵌入不锈钢内的新型刀具，具
有一定的抗菌、杀菌功效。该技术目前处于国内地位。
同时，还在国内首家研发出了不锈铁安钢刀(夹钢)。
2006年，产品荣获“大足县十大五金品牌”殊荣。2007年6
月，研发的《抗菌菜刀》、《复合夹钢菜刀》获得国家知识
产权局专利申报受理。
　　本厂产品：不锈钢切刀、**、连切带**、剥皮刀、
**、西瓜刀。也可根据客户要求，单独设计、加工各种
款式刀具。
