上海长达发国际贸易有限公司于2003年2月9日正式成立，注册于上海浦东新区，在上海市普陀区设立分公司，并于2011年7月在香港设立了离岸公司，2016年在台湾设立了长达发国际（台湾）有限公司。2015年6月迁入上海中山北路中关村科技大厦新址办公。公司主要经营各类产品之进出口业务，同时作为台湾圜达电子开关的授权经销商，专业经销各类精密电子开关及其它相关电子元器件。
　　作为一家新型的民营外贸型企业，通过其高效运作与积极的市场开发，经过不懈努力，业务日渐扩大，进出口业务遍及欧洲、大洋洲、中东、东南亚各国、美国、日本、韩国及香港和台湾地区，同时也为国内出口加工区企业提供全面的进出口代理业务。此外，台湾圜达电子开关的国内客户亦已遍及华东、华北、华南各省区。

Registered in Pudong District, Shanghai Evergrowing International Trading Co., Ltd. was founded on Feb. 9th 2003, and its branch company was established in Changning District, and its offshore company was set up in Hong Kong in July 2011. The import and export services are the major businesses of the company, and it is also authorized by Diptronics Taiwan to sell its electronic switches in mainland China.

As a private foreign trade enterprises, its business is increased continuously because of its high efficiency operation and active marketing development. Its international trading business covers the areas of Europe, Oceania, Middle East, South-east Asia, the United Stated, Japan，Korea and the regions of Taiwan and Hong Kong, and the export processing zones in China as well. In addition, the customers of its electronic switches are throughout the provinces in the east, north and south of China.
