钢制旋启式止回阀主题内容与适用范围 Subject Content and Application Scope

本标准规定了钢制旋启式止回阀(以下简称止回阀)的结构型式和技术要求等。
本标准适用于公称压力PN1.6~16.0MPa、公称通径DN50~500mm、法兰连接的钢制旋启式止回阀。
The Standard specifies the steel swing check valve′s (hereinafter referred to as check valve) structural type, technical requirements and so on.
The Standard is applicable for the steel swing check valve with PN1.6~16.0MPa, DN50~500mm and flange connection.

钢制旋启式止回阀技术要求 Technical Requirements

4.1 阀体
4.1.1 法兰连接止回阀的结构长度应按GB12221的规定。
4.1.2 阀体的最小壁厚,当法兰连接尺寸采用GB9112时按表1的规定;采用GB9113时按表2的规定。
4.1 Body
4.1.1 The flange connection check valve′s structural length shall conform to provisions in GB12221.
4.1.2 The body′s minimum wall thickness shall conform to provisions in Table 1 in case of flange connection dimensions adopting GB9112; Table 2 in case of GB9113.

4.1.3 体腔内各处流道截面积不得小于阀座通径的截面积。
4.1.4 法兰应与阀体整体铸成,也可焊接而成。其焊接应是对焊型式,焊接要求应符合GB150的规定,焊工应按有关部门规定考试合格。
4.1.5 法兰的连接尺寸和密封面型式可根据需要采用GB9112或按9113.1~9113.26的规定。
4.1.6 阀体的连接法兰和中法兰,其背面应加工或按GB152.1~152.4的规定锪平。
4.1.7 阀座的内径应与阀体通径一致。
4.1.8 阀座与阀体之间的连接采用螺纹、胀接或焊接等形式,也可在阀体上直接堆焊,其堆焊层加工后不小于2mm。对于奥氏体不锈钢阀门可
钢制旋启式止回阀以在阀体上直接加工。
4.1.9 用螺纹连接的阀座,必须具有便于装卸的结构(如凹槽)。
4.1.10 螺纹式阀座的螺纹尺寸按GB196的规定。
4.1.11 阀座装配时严禁采用密封剂,但允许使用轻质润滑油。
4.1.12 在阀体上必须设有阀瓣开启的限位结构,以便介质逆流时易于关闭。
4.2 阀盖
4.2.1 与阀体法兰连接的密封面型式,公称压力PN≤2.5MPa的阀门,可采用平面式;其他压力级应为凸凹式、榫槽式或梯形槽等型式,并在
订货合同中注明。
4.2.2 与阀体连接的法兰,其背面应加工或按GB152.1~152.4的规定锪平。
4.2.3 与阀体连接的螺柱,不得少于4个,其直径按表3的规定。
4.1.3 The sectional area of flow channels in the body chamber shall not be less than that of the seat diameter.
4.1.4 The flange shall adopt the integral casting with the body or welding. The welding shall adopt the butt welding type. The welding requi-
rements shall conform to provisions in GB150. The welder shall pass the test specified by departments concerned.
4.1.5 The flange′s connection dimensions and sealing surface type can adopt provisions in GB9112 or 9113.1~9113.26 as required.
4.1.6 The back of the body′s connecting and middle flanges shall be processed, or spot-faced in accordance with provisions in GB152.1~152.4.
4.1.7 The seat′s inner diameter shall be in line with the body′s diameter.
4.1.8 The connection between seat and body can adopts such types as thread, expanded joint or welding, or direct overlay welding on the
body with the processed overlay not less than 2mm. As for the austenitic stainless steel valve, it can be directly processed on the body.
4.1.9 The seat with thread connection must be provided with a removable structure (such as groove).
4.1.10 The thread seat′s thread dimensions shall conform to provisions in GB196.
4.1.11 It′s strictly prohibited to adopt the sealant in the seat assembling, but it′s allowed to use light lubricating oil.
4.1.12 The body must be provided with a disc opening limit mechanism so that it′s easy to close in case of the medium′s backflow.
4.2 Bonnet
4.2.1 The sealing surface connecting the body flange can adopt the planar type for valves with PN≤2.5MPa; and convexo-concave, tongue-
and-groove or trapezoidal groove types for valves with other pressure classes. That shall be noted in the order contract.
4.2.2 The back of the flange connecting the body shall be processed, or spot-faced in accordance with provisions in GB152.1~152.4.
4.2.3 The number of studs connecting the body shall not be less than 4 and their diameter shall conform to provisions in Table 3.

 螺柱根部总截面积的拉力是按公称压力作用于垫片有效外边缘的面积计算(如果是梯形槽连接,则按中径计算),其拉应力不超过62MPa。如果
用户指定的螺柱材料其屈服强度≤207MPa,则产生的拉应力应不超过48MPa。
4.2.4 公称通径DN≥150时,在阀盖上应安装起重用的吊环。
4.3 阀瓣
4.3.1 阀瓣密封面可在本体上直接加工而成,也可堆焊其他金属或用密封环内外周边焊接而成,若为堆焊,加工后的堆焊层厚度应不少于2mm。
4.3.2 阀瓣和摇杆的连接必须转动灵活,保证密封。其连接处应有防松结构,以免在使用中发生脱落。
4.4 摇杆和摇杆轴
摇杆和摇杆轴应使阀瓣旋转灵活,并保证密封。
4.5 连接螺柱
4.5.1 阀体与阀盖法兰应采用双头螺柱或等长双头螺柱连接,双头螺柱按GB897和GB898的规定,等长双头螺柱按GB901的规定。也可采用全
螺纹螺柱,其螺母按GB6175的规定。
4.5.2小于或等于M24的螺栓、螺柱采用粗牙普通螺纹,大于M24时,螺距不大于3mm。螺纹直径和公差按GB196和GB197的规定。
4.6 材料
4.6.1 阀体、阀盖、摇杆
阀体、阀盖、摇杆的材料应按GB12228、GB12229和GB12230的规定。
4.6.2 阀瓣、阀座
阀瓣和阀座本体材料的抗腐蚀性能应不低于阀体材料。
4.6.3 阀盖用垫片
阀盖用垫片可根据压力和工作温度范围按表4选用。

gasket′s effective external rim (in accordance with the pitch diameter for trapezoidal groove connection). The tension stress shall not exceed
62MPa. If the yield strength of the stud material designated by the user ≤207MPa, the tension stress produced shall not exceed 48MPa.
4.2.4 In case of DN≥150, a lifting ring for hoisting shall be mounted on the bonnet.
4.3 Disc
4.3.1 The disc′s sealing surface can be directly processed on the body, or adopt overlay welding of other metal or welding of internal and
external peripheries of the gasket ring. In case of overlay welding, the processed overlay′s thickness shall not be less than 2mm.
4.3.2 The connection between disc and rocker must ensure flexible rotation and reliable seal. The joint shall be provided with an anti-loose
mechanism to avoid falling in use.
4.4 Rocker and rocker shaft
The rocker and the rocker shaft shall ensure the disc′s flexible rotation and reliable seal.
4.5 Connection stud
4.5.1 The flange connection between body and bonnet shall adopt double-end studs or equilong double-end studs. The double-end stud
shall be as per provisions in GB897 and GB898 while the equilong ones as per GB901. The full thread stud can also be adopted and the nut shall
be as per provisions in GB6175.
4.5.2 Bolts or studs less than or equal to M24 shall adopt the common coarse thread; more than M24, the screw pitch shall not be more than
3mm. The thread diameter and tolerance shall conform to provisions in GB196 and GB197.
4.6 Material
4.6.1 Body, bonnet and rocker
Materials for body, bonnet and rocker shall conform to provisions in GB12228, GB12229 and GB12230.
4.6.2 Disc and seat
The corrosion resistance of disc and seat body materials shall not be lower than that of the valve body material.
4.6.3 Bonnet gasket
The bonnet gasket can be adopted in accordance with Table 4, subject to its pressure and working temperature ranges.

4.6.4 主要内件
阀瓣和阀座密封面材料按附录A(参考件)选用。
4.6.5 连接螺柱
除在订货合同中注明止回阀使用温度低于-30℃或高于482℃或为了增加对环境的抗蚀性采用其它材料外,螺柱材料应为合金钢,螺母材
料应为优质碳素钢。
4.6.6 螺塞
螺塞的材料其抗腐蚀性能应与阀体相等。
5 试验方法
止回阀的试验应按ZB J16 006的规定。
6 标志
止回阀的标志应按GB12220的规定。
7 供货
止回阀出厂应按GB/T12252的规定。
4.6.4 Main internal components
Materials for disc and seat sealing surfaces shall be adopted in accordance with Appendix A (reference).
4.6.5 Connection stud
The stud material shall be alloy steel and the nut material shall be high-quality carbon steel except that it′s noted in the order contract
that the check valve′s working temperature is lower than -30℃ or higher than 482℃, or other materials are adopted to improve the corrosion re-
sistance to the environment.
4.6.6 Screw plug
The screw plug material′s corrosion resistance shall be equal to that of the body.
5 Test Method
The check valve′s test shall conform to provisions in ZB J16 006.
6 Mark
The check valve′s mark shall conform to provisions in GB12220.
7 Supply
The check valve′s release shall conform to provisions in GB/T12252
