本设备用于聚酯瓶，塑料瓶装各种可乐、雪碧等会含气饮料生产，同机上可实现冲洗、灌装、封口。

二、特点

1、整机采用卡瓶静悬挂运行工态设计，从而使整线运行的功能更加可靠，克服了瓶高度误差引起的机器不能正常运转的因素，同时大大减少了变更件的数量，使更换瓶型时，更加方便快捷。

2、引进日本、意大利，采用液缸与瓶内气压相等原理进行灌装，灌装速度快，液面控制温，无滴漏现象。

3、弹簧式冲洗钳手，空瓶随轨道自动进行180°翻转，内外二道冲洗，冲瓶效率高。

4、采用磁力扭矩式宁盖头，实现抓盖、拧盖功能。拧盖力矩无级可调，具有横力矩旋封盖功能。且不伤盖，封口严密可靠。

5、水平回转式气力理盖器，具有不损坏瓶盖表面，料斗内缺盖发信号自动补充盖功能。

6、与水接触的零部件均采用SUS304不锈钢材料，主要电气元件采用日本三菱、法国施耐德，欧姆龙公司的产品，启动元件采用意大利康茂胜公司、日本SMC公司等国际知名厂家产品。

Usage:

The equipment is used in production of non-soda drink of fruit juice, fruit, wine, minerals and pure water packed in polyester bottles. Washing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.

Features:

1. The bottle-necks are cramped and bottles are suspended during the operation process. This avoids many malfunction caused by different highness of bottles. This design also reduce dramatically the required number of changeable parts, make it more convenient and quickly to change to another type of bottles.

2. The most advantage technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used. The filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately and the dropping and leakage are avoided.

3. Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail. There are two lines of internal and external washing. The efficiency of bottle washing is high.

4. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.

5. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps, and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.

6. All parts that have direct contact with water are made in SUS304 stainless steel. The critical electronic components are from Mitsubishi (Japan), Omron, etc. the pneumatic devices are from Japan and Italy.
