该机用人工将弹簧放入槽内，进行自动装袋，通过电脑程序控制预留空格，以达

到节约无纺布和弹簧个数剪切准确之目的。二台超声波焊接机各自焊接边布和背

布，使生产出来的产品更为美观，尺寸更为准确，由于弹簧卷绕和热处理都在前

道工序已完成，因此该机与全自动布装弹簧机相比，故障率更低，出簧效益更高

，若要更换产品规格型号，调整更为方便但该机比较费人工。
It is designed for packing the spring into non-woven fabrics.The 

workers put each spring into slots and set the program through 

computer to pack them.There are two iltrasonic sraling head seal both 

side and back part of pocket in which hter spring is packed.Compared 

with ZD-BZ-2 Auto Pocket-Spring Machine,It has an advantage of lower 

rate of lower rate of defetive products,easier changing different 

spec.spring,and operation,But it needs two woekers more to run.
