Billet Pusher
The quantity of the push rod is decided by cut-to-length of the billets. Each push rod is equipped with racks underneath, and is driven by the motor, reducing gear and low-speed gear. The billets are transported to the cooling bed for further cooling down. Different push rods are driven by the same motor and reducing gear, which guarantees synchronized movement of all push rods and stable transportation of billets. The billet pusher has the advantages of stable billet transportation and high stability. The cooling bed length is also decided by the cut-to-length of the billets. The cooling bed consists of rails and rail stands, and this structure has the advantages of great rigidity, stability and easy maintenance.
移钢机
根据铸坯定尺不同,设计移钢机的推杆数量也不相同。每条推杆的下底面装配有齿条,由电机、减速机及低速齿轮等传动系统带动推杆,把铸坯送到冷床进一步冷却。不同的推杆,是由同一台电机及减速机驱动,所以保证了各推杆运行的同步。这样铸坯能从出坯辊道被平稳的送入冷床。推钢机具有移钢平稳,可靠等优点。冷床也是根据铸坯定尺的不同而设置数量不等的轨架-钢轨独立组件。这种结构具有刚性好、使用安全可靠且维修方便等优点。
