Roller Table

The billets are straightened by the withdrawal straightener, and transported to the flame cutter or hydraulic shear through the pre-cutting roller table. The cutted billets are further transported to the billet discharge roller table. The roller table system is comprised of several sections of roller table stands, free rollers and discharge rollers. Each free roller or discharge roller has its separate driving motor and reducing gear for chain wheel and chain driving system. The motor for the roller table has the characteristics of large-torque locked rotor, small lock-rotor indicating current, long lock-rotor indicating time, high dynamic constant, and soft mechanical properties. The roller table system has a high driving efficiency, and a high stability. 

辊道装置

铸坯经拉矫机矫直成直坯后，由切前辊道把铸坯送入火焰切割机。切割成原来标定的尺寸段后，辊道装置由输送辊道把铸坯送到出坯辊道。辊道系统是由若干段辊道架组成，上面布置有自由辊装置和出坯辊装置。每个自由辊或出坯辊由各自的电机、减速机通过链轮链条驱动。辊道的电机具有堵转转矩大、堵转电流小、堵转时间长、动态常数高、机械特性软等特点。传动效率高，可靠性高。
