Withdrawal Straightener?
? The continuous casting machine employes continuous straightening type withdrawal straightener, which continuously straightens the arc-shape billets. The withdrawal straightener is driven by AC frequency conversion motor, which allows a large-range speed regulation. In the casting process, the withdrawal straightener has to overcome the friction force from the crystallizer and resistance from the secondary cooling device. There are a number of factors affecting the casting speed, and the casting speed has to be adjusted according to different situations. When driving the dummy bar, the worker should increase the speed of the withdrawal straightener. The ascent and downward pressing move of the upward driven roller and billet-off roller respectively are managed through the hydraulic cylinder. The working pressure of the oil cylinder is 4-8Mpa. The rollers of the withdrawal straightener has the advantage of wearproofness.
拉矫机
?? 本设备选用了连续矫直型的拉矫机,其主要作用是拉坯并对圆弧形的铸坯连续矫正成直铸坯。拉矫机传动系统的电机采用变频电机,通过变频装置,电机可在较大范围内改变转速,适应不同拉速的需要。工作时,拉矫机必须克服拉坯过程中结晶器内的摩擦力、二冷装置阻力、矫直阻力等。因为影响拉坯速度的因素很多,所以必须根据不同的情况调整拉坯速度。驱动引锭杆时,调高拉矫机的传动速度。上驱动辊与脱锭辊的上升和下压动作采用冶金液压缸,具有运动平稳的特点。油缸的工作压力4-8 Mpa;拉矫机辊身具有耐磨性好的优点。
