Dummy Bar
The dummy bar withdraws the first billet from the crystallizer, and starts theprocess of billet casting.
The dummy bar is comprised of the bar head and bar body.

引锭杆
引锭杆在连铸机刚开始生产时起拉动块钢坯的作用。引锭杆在液态钢水在结晶器中凝结之后，将钢坯从下方拉出，同时拉开连铸生产的序幕。
引锭杆由引锭头和引锭杆身组成。

Functions and Structure

The rigid dummy bar and its storage device are arranged after the withdrawal straightener, and above the transportation roller table. Before starting the casting process, the dummy bar is sent into the secondary cooling room through the dummy storage device and the withdrawal straightener, and the dummy bar head is sent into the lower mouth of the crystallizer through the guide section. The dummy bar withdraws the fresh-shelled billet from the crystallizer. The dummy bar and billet are then separated by the billet-off roller, and the dummy bar is sent back to the storage device.  

The dummy bar storage device is comprised of supporting seat, clamping driving device, guidance wheel, and driving device. 

引锭杆功能及结构

刚性引锭杆及存放装置位于拉矫机之后，输送辊道上方。浇注准备时，由存放装置和拉矫机将引锭杆送入二冷室，并通过导向弧形段将引锭头送进结晶器下口。开浇后，引锭杆将已形成坯壳的铸坯从结晶器中引出。通过拉矫机时，脱锭辊将铸坯和引锭头脱开，引锭杆进入存放装置。

存放装置由底座、夹紧驱动装置、导向轮、传动装置等组成。
