Oscillation Device
The oscillation device is of a semi plate spring type, and consists of the oscillation stand, supporting seat, connection rod, motor, and reducing gear. The motor drives the push rod to make a sine-wave oscillation. The motor is equipped with eccentric gear. The oscillation device should be installed at the correct station. Sine-wave movement has the advantages of steady speed change, shock freeness, and negative slip. Osicllation of the crystallizer effectively prevents billet ripping caused by felting of fresh billets and crystallizer, therefore, having a mold-unloading function. The worker should choose the right swing and frequency for the oscillation device. It is proved by relevant experiments that high-frequency and low-swing oscillation effectively reduces oscillation marks on the billet surface and billet cracks.
Before running the oscillation device, the ventilation cap should be loosened or replaced by a new one to assure smooth ventilation of the reducing gear and motor. The lubrication oil level should also be checked before running.
At test-running, the oscillation device should test-run oil-free for half an hour, and then could run with oil for daily performance when the oil-free test-running is successful. The oil temperature rise, sealing, and noise should be closely monitored when the oscillation device is? working. When the oscillation device runs for 2 hours, the oil temperatuer rise should be within 45℃-60℃. The lubrication oil grade should be within N220-N320. When the oscillation device runs for a month (about 200-300 hours), it should be cleaned, and the lubrication oil should be replaced. After first cleaning, the lubrication oil should be replaced half a year, and in the meantime, the oil level should be closely monitored at running.(The maintenance of the reducing gear is similar to this passage.)
振动装置
??? 振动装置采用半板簧式振动装置。该装置由振动台架、支座、连杆、电机、减速机等部分组成;工作时由电机带动带有偏心装置的减速机驱动推杆,实现振动台架的正弦振动。振动装置安装时要求位置应准确、可靠。正弦振动具有速度变化平缓,振动过程无冲击,能有效实现负滑动等优点,因此被广泛应用。通过振动有效地防止初生坯壳与结晶器粘结而被拉裂,起着脱模的作用。操作时,应合理选择振幅及频率。实验证明,为减少铸坯表面的振痕及减少裂纹,应选择高频率低振幅为宜。开机之前应松开或换上通气帽。振动装置保证减速机和电机的良好通风、通气及散热。检查润滑油油面高度。并检查转动灵活。试车时需空载半小时左右。确认空载无问题后,方可加载运行。注意机器的温升、密封、噪音振动等是否正常。负载二小时后温升不高于45℃~60℃。:润滑油牌号为N220-N320;刚开始使用一个月(200-300小时)后应更新润滑油并清理内部油污,以后每半年更换一次并注意油量是否达到要求。(注:本系统的减速机部分可参照本节说明进行)
