适用范围 Application:

朗信 V 系列高频液压振动锤在高速铁路、公路软地基处理，填海及桥梁、码头工程，深基坑支护，普通建筑物的基础处理等方面得到了迅速的应用。该设备为引进国外先进技术、具有独立知识产权的国内独创的液压振动锤，性能优越，采用液压动力站为液压动力源，通过振动箱产生高频振动，使桩体轻松打入土层，具有噪声小，效率高、无污染、不损伤桩柱等优点。

High frequency hydraulic vibro hammer is rapidly and widely applied in the fields of express railway, soft groundwork, sea-filling and bridges, dock project etc. Based on advanced foreign techniques, Trust V-series high frequency hydraulic vibro hammer is a ideal piling equipment. With the hydraulic power from hydraulic power pack and high frequency vibration from vibrating case, the pile can be easily planted into the ground with low voice, high efficiency, no pollution and no damage to the piles.

振动沉拔桩速度一般为 4-7 米/分，最快达 12 米/分（在非淤泥质土壤中），施工速度大大快于其他打桩机械，比气动锤、柴油锤的效率高出 40%-100% 。
