喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE一220聚脲材料是一种100％固含量的、双组份、快速固化、现场喷涂成型的高性能材料。喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE一220产品主要有异氰酸酯半预聚体、端氨基聚醚扩链剂、颜料组成。喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE一220具有强度高、性能好、施工快捷等优点，是目前应用最广泛“第三代聚脲”材料。

喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE一220用途：SPE一220聚脲材料主要用于皮卡后厢、货车后厢、底盘、地垫及其他工程车辆重点部位的耐磨、防腐、防石击，也可用于其他耐磨领域。

施工方法：喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE-220必须采用专用的（1：1）双组分喷涂设备进行施工。如GRACOIGUSMER公司的H20/35、HV30、Exp-2、Hxp-2、Hxp3等。

包装：喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE-220为双组分，A组份220KG／桶．B组份200KG／桶。

颜色：喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE-220标准颜色为灰色．也可根据用户要求提供其他颜色。

贮存和运输：喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE-220应贮存在阴凉、通风、干燥的库房中，严禁雨淋、日晒，远离热源，贮存温度为10—30℃。涂聚脲弹性体SPE-220在未开原包装的情况下，贮存期为6个月，开包装后如不能一次性用完应充氮气后封存。喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE-220为l00％固含量产品，运输时可按非危险品运输。运输时，应严禁雨淋、日晒，并应符合运输部门的其他相关规定。

安全：喷涂聚脲弹性体SPE-220使用过程中应配备基本的劳动保护措施，建议操作人员配备防护服、护目镜、塑胶手套、面罩等防护用品

◆B组份含有颜料，施工前应将B组份充分搅拌均匀。

u Package: SPE-220 is two-component, A component 220KG / barrel. Group B is 200KG / barrel.

u Color: SPE-220 standard color is gray, but also other colors available upon request.

u Storage and transportation： SPE-220 should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry storehuose，prohibited rain, sun, away from heat，Storage temperature is 10 to 30 ℃ .Storage period of SPE-220 is 6 months in the original packaging unopened case, they should be sealed after nitrogen if it
