施工表面要求清洁干燥,表面温度应高于露点以避免水汽凝结。固化温度为-10℃,在冰点或冰点以下施工会使表面结冰而影响漆膜的附着力。施工期间及施工后16小时内湿度太大、凝露会影响漆膜的良好形成。在狭窄空间内施工和干燥期间应提供足够的通风。 |

Apply on clean and dry surface. The temperature must be above the dew point to avoid condensation. Minimum temperature for curing is -10℃. As temperature at /below freezing paint, freezing may occur on the surface and influence the adhesion of the film. High humidity or condensation during application and the following 16 hours may adversely affect the film formation. In confined spaces provide adequate ventilation during application and drying. |

施工温度约30℃以下时,建议使用稀释剂TH92, 若高于此温度, 建议用稀释剂TH95。可根据使用目的和部位修改漆膜厚度, 但这会改变涂布率、干燥时间和重涂间隔。
Thinner TH92 is recommended at application temperature below approximately 30℃. At high application temperatures thinner TH95 is recommended.
May be specified in another film thickness than indicated depending on purpose and area of use. This will alter spreading rate, drying time and recoat interval.

重涂间隔与漆膜在使用期间受周期性浸渍、重露、大温差、化学品侵蚀的情况有关。在其它条件下无重涂间隔。任何情况下都要求涂漆表面要清洁,尤其是重涂间隔期长的表面,以确保漆膜间的附着力。可先用适当的清洁剂清洗,然后用高压淡水清除掉表面一切油污、油脂等。表面的盐渍用淡水冲洗。正式重涂之前应先取一小块漆膜作试验,检查其清洁度。若超过重涂间隔,要磨粗表面,以保证漆膜间的附着力。若用其他油漆重涂,根据其类型一般重涂间隔为1—3天(20℃)。固化剂H380很易受潮,应储存于干燥处,密封桶盖。启封固化剂桶时应小心高压。混合漆料中稍微一点水份也会减少混合使用时间并造成漆膜缺陷。 |
Recoat interval refers to surfaces exposed to periodical immersion, heavy condensation, great variation in temperature, chemical attack during service life of the coating system. Under other conditions no maximum recoat interval. A completely clean surface is mandatory to ensure intercoat adhesion, especially at long recoat intervals. Any dirt, oil and grease has to be removed with suitable cleaner followed by high pressure fresh water cleaning, salts to be removed by fresh water hosing. To check an adequate quality of the surface cleaning a test patch is recommended before actual recoating. If the maximum recoat interval is exceeded, roughening of the surface is necessary to ensure intercoat adhesion. In case of recoating with other paint materials maximum will be 1-3 days (20℃) depending on type. Curing agent H380 is sensitive to moisture. Store in a dry place and keep the can tightly closed until use. Open curing agent cans with caution as over pressure might exist. Even small tracks of water in the mixed paint will reduce the pot-life and result in film defects. |

Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards. Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (i.e. Gloves, goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.)
