IP30为双组份聚酰胺固化的环氧煤焦油涂料。在脂肪族溶剂中漆膜会引起褪色。漆膜具有耐磨、耐海水、原油和燃油等特点。不耐芳烃类溶剂(包括各种等级的汽油或强溶剂)。对谷物无害。
Epoxy coal tar paint IP30 is a two-components, polyamide cured epoxy coal tar coating. Film fades in aliphatic solvents. Highly resistant to abrasion, sea water, crude and fuel oil. Not resistant to aromatic hydrocarbon solvents (including some grades of petrol, or strong solvents.) Harmless to grain cargo. |

新钢材:喷砂至Sa2.5级标准。必要时,可涂适当的车间底漆作临时保护。最后涂漆前,应彻底清理在贮运和加工过程中被破损的车间底漆以及污染的部位,然后用本品修补损坏部分。
维 修:用适当的清洁剂清除油脂。用高压淡水清除盐份和其它污物。用喷砂或动力工具除去浮锈和其他松散物质,磨平边角,扫除残渣,补上完整漆膜使其达到原漆膜厚度。 |

New steel: abrasive blasting to Sa2.5 is recommended. For temporary protection, if required, use suitable shop primer. All damage of shop primer and contamination from storage and fabrication should be thoroughly cleaned prior to final painting. For repair and touch up, use epoxy coal tar print IP30.
Maintenance: remove oil and grease with suitable cleaner, remove salt and other contaminants by high pressure. Fresh water. Clean damaged areas by abrasive blasting or power tool cleaning, feather edges to sound and intact areas. Dust off residues. Touch up to full film thickness. |

仅在施工和固化得以正常进行的10℃以上温度条件下使用本品。但油漆本身的温度高于10℃。如果低于10℃,就必须稀释,但这会影响漆膜厚度及干燥时间。钢板表面温度和油漆温度在15-25℃范围内可获得结果。为避免水气凝结, 应在干燥清洁而温度又高于露点的表面上施工。在狭窄空间内施工和干燥期间, 应大量通风。
Use only where application and curing can proceed at temperature above 10℃. The temperature of the paint itself should preferably be above 10℃. If temperature is below 10℃, thinning is necessary. Best results will be obtained at surface and paint temperature with in the range of 15-25℃. To avoid condensation, apply only on a dry, clean surface with a temperature above the dew point. Provide adequate ventilation during application and drying in confined spaces. |

May be specified in another film thickness than indicated depending on purpose and area of use. This will alter spreading rate, amount of thinning, drying time and recoat interval (see the table below and relative application details). Normal range dry is 100-125 micron, up to 200 micron. The best time for recoating is when the paint film is still slightly sticky. Under good ventilation at 20℃, approximately 6 hrs after coating of epoxy coal tar paint IP30 (125 micron dry film thickness ) will reach such a state. 重涂前, 施工表面未接触日光、水/冰或其它污物的情况下,底材温度20℃时, 两层间的重涂间隔可延长一倍。此外,度漆的表面不应出现渗出现象。确保施工和固化条件(如:通风、温度、 漆膜厚度和稀释比率都应按上述规定进行), 可避免渗漏的发生。此外,应避免超温。如超过重涂间隔,须磨粗表面,以确保漆膜间的附着力。本品颜色可能会渗漏到重涂漆膜,但这只会影响外观,不会影响整体系统的抗腐蚀和污损的性能。 |
At substrate temperature 20℃, the maximum recoat interval between layers can be prolonged to 4 days on condition that the surface has not been exposed to sunlight, water/ice or other contaminant before over coating. Besides the surface of the first coating mustn’t appear any seepage. Pay attention to the assurance of applying and curing conditions (e.g. ventilation, temperature, film thickness and dilution as per ratio mentioned above, etc.), seepage can be avoided. In addition, overheat shouldn’t occur. If maximum recoat interval is exceeded, roughen the film surface to ensure the adhesion between layers. Color may penetrate into overcoat film, but this can only influence its outlook, not the anti-corrosion and fouling characters of the whole system. |
