产品说明  Description
IP28为双组分溶剂基自行固化的无机硅酸锌涂料。漆膜具有优异的耐候、耐磨性能。在PH值6-9的介质中具有优良的耐化学品性能。抗高温可达400℃。可用无空气喷涂法进行施工。可提供局部机械破损的阴极保护。 Silicate zinc-based paint IP28 is a two-component, solvent-borne, self-curing, inorganic zinc silicate paint with outstanding resistance against weathering and abrasion. It has excellent chemical resistance within the PH range 6-9. It can withstand temperatures up to 400℃. Applicable by airless spray. Gives cathodic protection of local mechanical damage.

表面处理: Surface preparation:	用适当的清洁剂去除油污、油脂。用高压淡水冲洗掉盐份和其他污物喷砂至少达到Sa2.5级标准，表面粗糙度相当于Rugotest标准No.3,BN10a详细参阅本品的《施工指导》及有关货舱的油漆配套。 Remove oil and grease with suitable cleaner. Remove salt and other contaminants by high pressure fresh water cleaning. Abrasive blasting min to Sa 2.5 with a surface profile equivalent to Rugotest NO.3, BN10a. Consult separate “Application Instructions” and the corresponding “Painting Specification” for cargo tanks.
施工条件: Application conditions:	施工时，温度在-10℃ - 40℃之间,固化所需的相对湿度为50%, 在65%以上。请参阅本品《施工指导》。 Apply at temperatures ranging from -10℃ to 40℃. Curing needs minimum 50%, preferably above 65% relative humidity. Consult separate “Application Instructuions” before overcoating.
加涂油漆: Subsequent coat:	无需加涂, 或按规定加涂环氧漆或聚氨酯漆系列。 None. epoxy paint series, or vinyl paint series as per specification.
备注  Remarks
漆膜厚度: Indicated film thickness:	若面漆涂用高性能油漆系列, 干膜厚度要求50微米(湿膜:75微米)。重涂前需参阅本品《施工指导》。 作为无面漆长效保护涂层时, 建议干膜厚度为75微米(湿膜: 100-125微米)。涂在船舱内部时, 干膜厚度一般为100微米(湿膜:150 微米)。但实际施工时干膜厚度也可达125微米（湿膜：200微米）。作为钢结构重防腐涂料，可按设计要求，干膜厚度在50-200微米范围内作适当的调整。 If topcoated with a high-performance system, 50 micron dry film thickness (75 micron wet) is recommended. Consult separate “Application Instruction” before overcoating. For long-term protection without topcoat, 75 micron dry film thickness (100-125 micron wet) is recommended. In tanks up to 100 micron dry film thickness (150 micron wet ) is recommended. But 125 micron actual dry film thickness (200 micron wet) can be obtained.
重涂间隔: Recoat interval:	温度和湿度对重涂间隔影响很大，若不按标准条件施工则重涂间隔会相应延长或缩短。详见《施工指导》。 Overcoating intervals are strongly dependent on temperature and humidity. Deviation from the standard conditions may shorten or prolong the overcoating intervals. Consult separate “Application Instructions”. Dry film thickness can be adjusted ranging from 50 micron to 200 micron according to requirements.

	25微米的环氧漆, 则本品重涂所需时间间隔为12小时, 如上表所示, 若要加涂这仅仅指该加涂油漆是在重涂后3天才施工而言, 否则最小重涂间隔也应与厚浆漆相同。 The overcoating interval of 12 hours for 25 micron epoxy paint as shown on the table is only valid in case the subsequent coat is applied more than 3 days after, otherwise the minimum overcoating interval is the same as for hi-build paint.
贮    存: Storage:	贮存在清凉处, 若贮存温度高于25℃时，则贮存期会缩短，但一定要在40℃以下贮存，避免在阳光下曝晒。只有在漆膜完全固化后，才能将贮罐（货舱）投入使用。建议在投入使用前，用低压淡水冲洗货舱2-3次，两次冲洗之间应保持货舱潮湿。请详见《施工指导》。 Store in a cool place. Shelf life is reduced above 25℃. Store below 40℃ and avoid the direct sunlight. Before tank are taken into use, the coating must be completely through-cured. This is secured by low pressure hosing the tank with fresh water 2-3 times after the condition of complete curing. Let the tanks remain wet between the washings. See “Application Instruction”.

Read and follow all precautionary notices on the Material Safety Data Sheet container labels. If you do not fully understand these warnings and instructions or if you cannot strictly comply with them, do not use this product. Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards. Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (i.e. Gloves, goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.) Actual safety measures are dependant on application methods and work environment.
