IH38是一种多用途高固体份厚浆环氧漆，可与多种面漆包括聚氨脂及丙烯酸类面漆配套使用。可自作防锈底漆，适用于各种底材。也可在腐蚀性环境下使用作为优良的车间底漆。IH38具有优异的耐化学品性，适合浸泡环境下使用。对无机硅酸锌具有极好的附着力。施工方便，表面处理不大理想时也可施工。成膜范围大。
IH38 is a multi-purpose hi-build epoxy coating, which may be primer for durable systems with wide range of topcoats, including polyurethanes and acrylics. Excellent shop primer for corrosive service. Suitable for immersion service. Outstanding chemical and weather resistance. Excellent adhesion to inorganic zinc silicate. Easy application. Compatible with a variety of substrates and surface preparations. Wide film build range. |

IH38是一种高性能涂料,形成一种坚韧、耐磨、持久的漆膜。可牢固附着于裸露或已涂漆的钢质表面,以及无机硅酸锌涂覆的表面,适用于新建筑维修及现场保养工程。IH38还可黏附于完整无损的涂漆表面和牢固的锈斑上,也可用于修补自身或无机硅酸锌的底漆。
IH38 使用方便,可用各种喷涂方法施工,形成光滑,迅速干燥的漆膜。它可在不超过60℃的条件下连续在盐水和淡水中使用,并可用作贮存碱液、盐溶液、石油燃料、排污物以及某些化学品的贮槽衬里。IH38可作为某些贮槽衬里配套的底漆。除钢质表面外,还可施涂在铝、不锈钢、镀锌铁、混凝土以及以前已涂漆的表面上。
IH38 is a high –performance epoxy coating forming a tough, abrasion-resistant, durable film. It adheres strongly to bare steel, coated and inorganic zinc silicate primed surfaces on new construction, repair and field maintenance projects. IH38 will also adhere to intact painted surfaces and tight rust and may be used to repair itself or inorganic zinc silicate primers.
IH38 is user-friendly and can be applied by a variety of methods to produce a smooth, fast-drying film. it is suit able for immersion in both salt and fresh water at temperatures up to 60℃, continuous and can be used as a tank lining for alkaline and salt solutions, petroleum fuels, sewage waste and certain chemicals. It may also be applied over aluminum, stainless steel, galvanizing, concrete and previously coated surfaces in addition to steel. |

涂层性能通常于表面处理程度成正比。涂漆前,已涂底漆的表面必须清洁,干燥,无损伤和污物,包括盐渍。磨圆所有粗糙的焊点并除去焊渣。
Coating performance is proportional to the degree of surface preparation. Prior to coating, primed surface must be clean, dry, undamaged and free of all contaminants, including salt deposits. Round off all rough welds and remove all weld spatter. |

All work involving the application and use of this product should be performed in compliance with all relevant national Health, Safety and Environmental standards and regulations.
Prior to use, obtain, consult and follow the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product concerning health safety information.
Read and follow all precautionary notices on the Material Safety Data Sheet container labels. If you do not fully understand these warnings and instructions or if you can not strictly comply with them, do not use this product. Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards. Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (i.e. Gloves, goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.)
