IF30是以环氧树脂为基料制成的双组份清漆，具有粘度低、对多孔表面的渗透性好和附着力强等特点。 It’s a two-component, varnish based on epoxy resin, with low viscosity good adhesion and penetration to porous surface.

用于对完全固化的混凝土表面的渗透封闭。要求表面清洁才能涂布本品，涂布量以表面刚好被饱和为准。 For penetrating sealing on fully cured concrete surface, the surface must be clean before coating. The standard of coating weight is that the surface just be covered.

施工条件: Application conditions:	施工前混凝土必须完全固化和干燥。一般的硅酸盐混凝土完全固化要28天，干燥的标准是表面含湿量低于4%，施工和固化期间温度要在10℃以上，以保证这两个过程能正常进行。 Concrete must be completely cured and dry before application. Commonly, 28 days are needed for fully curing of silicate concrete. The standard of drying is water content of surface less than 4%. Use only when application and curing can proceed at temperature above 10℃.
备注  Remarks
按混凝土的表面粗糙度等情况及施工方法不同，涂布率也有所不同，大约在15米2/升左右。涂用本品后无论如何表面不能有光泽，如有光泽则用砂纸摩擦掉方可涂布。 The spreading rate will be different depending on concrete surface roughness and application method. Usually spreading rate is 15m2/L. Anyway, the surface must not be glossy after coating with Epoxy sealer IF30. If it is glossy, rub the surface with abrasive paper prior to coating.

Prior to use, obtain, consult and follow the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product concerning health safety information. Read and follow all precautionary notices on the Material Safety Data Sheet container labels. If you do not fully understand these warnings and instructions or if you can not strictly comply with them, do not use this product. Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards. Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (ie. Gloves, goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.) Actual safety measures are dependant on application methods and work environment.
