High quality interior emulsion paint IE40 consists of acrylic-vinyl copolymer emulsion pigments, fillers and additives etc.  It is a high quality water-borne coating with soft color and elegant taste.  Excellent adhesion provides durable protection for the internal environment.

被涂表面必须清洁、干燥、无油。结构应平整、坚实、不起粉。遇有旧漆膜的墙面，应将粉化、剥落的旧漆清除干净，并用砂纸打磨墙面。若墙面霉菌滋生，须用漂白粉溶液反复清洗干净，彻底清除霉菌，并用清水冲洗干净，待表面干燥后，方可涂漆。

The surface must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease. The structure,should be smooth, solid and free from chalking materials.  Remove all loose, flaking materials from previously painted surfaces and roughen them with sandpaper. Walls with mould should be washed with bleaching solution,

followed by fresh water.  Allow the surface to dry Before overcoating.

1.    

本产品应存放于阴凉、干燥、不受日光直射的仓库中，不可储存于0℃以下。

2.    

温度10℃以下或湿度85%以上不宜施工。

3.    

本品使用时允许加入少量清水, 但不得加入其他油漆及有机溶剂。

4.    

表面松散并严重脱粉的墙面则不宜施工。

5.    

对新落成建筑物要特别小心, 因为墙面可能碱性太强,过早施涂将导致起泡以至脱落。墙面碱度应当在PH<10条件下才可施工。

6.    

目前市场上聚酯、聚氨酯类油漆中含有甲苯二异氰酸酯，会导致未干透的乳胶漆变黄。因此，必须在刷完聚酯、聚氨酯类油漆待其干透两天，并通风把室内油漆气味排掉后才能刷涂乳胶漆。否则将引起乳胶漆变黄。

1.      

Store in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight. The temperature must be above 0℃.

2.      

Avoid application when temperature is below 10℃or relative humidity is above 85%.

3.      

Thin down by adding a small amount of fresh water, but do not mix with other paint or organic solvents.

4.      

The application should only be carried out when remove loose and chalky materials on the surface.

5.      

Be careful with new buildings, because alkalinity on the surface may be too strong, earlier coating will result in blistering, even peeling.  The application can be carried out, provided the alkalinity the surface has a PH value below 10.

6.      

The most common PE and PU series of coatings contains toluene diisocyanate, which causes yellowing of emulsion paint. Therefore, application of emulsion paint must be at least two days after application of PE or PU coatings with adequate ventilation. Otherwise, yellowing of the emulsion paint is inevitable.

备注  Remarks

可以根据使用的目的及部位改变漆膜厚度。随之涂布率、重涂间隔和干燥时间也会相应改变。本品无重涂间隔。如重涂前施工表面受过污染，须用高压淡水冲净表面, 任其自干后，再进行重涂。

潮湿表面定义：表面上有水分但肉眼不易看出。

May be specified in another film thickness than indicated, but this will alter spreading rate, recoat interval and drying time. No maximum recoat interval. If surface has been contaminated before recoating thoroughly clean the surface by high pressure fresh water hosing and allow to drying prior to final coating.

Definition of damp surface: Damp surface is the surface on which water is not readily detectable.

Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards. Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (ie. Gloves,

goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.)
