施工条件:

施工表面要求清洁干燥，表面温度应高于露点，以避免水汽凝结。在10℃以上的温度条件下使用固化剂H330，施工和固化可以正常进行，15℃以上更佳。而使用固化剂H350时，要求温度在－10℃以上。地坪表面温度也必须高于这一限度。应该注意冰点或其以下温度会使表面结冰，从而影响漆膜的附着力。油漆本身的温度应高于15℃，以保证正常的施工性能。狭窄空间施工和干燥期间，应大量通风。 |

The surface must be cleaned and dry. The surface temperature must be above dew point to avoid condensation. Use curing agent H330 only where application and curing can proceed at temperature above 10℃. Preferably above 15℃. For curing agent H350, the temperature must be above -10℃. The substrate surface temperature must be above this limit. With temperature at or below freezing point, freezing may occur on the surface and influence the adhesion of the film. The temperature of the paint itself must be above 15℃to ensure normal performance. In confined space provide adequate ventilation during application and drying. |

备注 Remarks |
|
涂膜厚度可根据需要进行调整，但这会相应改变涂布率和影响干燥时间。漆膜在使用期间暴露于浸泡、重雾、大温差、化学品侵蚀或磨损的情况下，重涂间隔不超过30天。若表面受污染，重涂前须用高压淡水彻底冲净，任其自干。若超过重涂间隔，须磨粗表面，以确保漆膜间的附着力。
May be specified in another film thickness than indicated depending on requirements. This will alter spreading rate and may influence drying time. Maximum recoat interval can’t exceed 30 days after exposure in immersion, heavy condensation, greet variation in temperature, chemical attack and abrasion during service life of the coating system. If the surface is exposed in contaminated environment, thoroughly clean the surface by high-pressure fresh water prior to recoating and allow drying. If maximum recoat interval is exceeded, roughening of the surface is necessary to ensure adhesion. |

All work involving the application and use of this product should be performed in compliance with all relevant national Health, Safety and Environmental standards and regulations.
Prior to use, obtain, consult and follow the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product concerning health safety information.
Read and follow all precautionary notices on the Material Safety Data Sheet container labels. If you do not fully understand these warnings and instructions or if you cannot strictly comply with them, do not use this product. Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards. Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (i.e. Gloves, goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.)
Actual safety measures are dependant on application methods and work environment.
