产品说明  Description
IF33为双组份环氧涂料，漆膜坚韧、耐磨、耐碰撞。既耐海水、淡水冲洗，又耐汽油、燃油、柴油、润滑油、机油等类似物质。但对强酸、强碱、强氧化液和强溶剂忍耐度有限。 Epoxy floor paint IF33 is a two-component epoxy coating. It forms a hard and tough coating resistant to abrasion, impact, seawater, fresh water, petrol, fuel oil, diesel oil, lubrication oil and engine oil, etc. Limitedly resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidizing solution and strong solvent.

本品用以涂布化工厂、纸浆厂、造纸厂、制药厂、石化类企业等工厂的混凝土地坪，和其他需要保护的混凝土表面，作为环氧地坪漆面漆。固化剂H350，低至－10℃时也可固化。 For finishing coat of epoxy floor paint on concrete floor and other concrete surfaces which need to be protected in chemical plant, pulp mill, paper mill, pharmaceutical factory and petrochemical works, etc. For H350, curing can proceed at temperature as low as -10℃.

施工条件: Application conditions:	施工表面要求清洁干燥，表面温度应高于露点以避免水汽凝结。在10℃以上的温度条件下使用固化剂H330，施工和固化可以正常进行，15℃以上更佳。而使用固化剂H350时，要求温度在－10℃以上。工件表面温度也必须高于这一限度。应该注意冰点或其以下温度会使表面结冰，从而影响漆膜的附着力。油漆本身的温度应高于15℃，以保证正常的施工性能。 The surface must be clean, dry. The surface temperature must be above dew point to avoid condensation. Use curing agent H330 only where application and curing can proceed at temperature above 10℃, preferably above 15℃. While use curing agent H350, the temperature should be above -10℃. The substrate surface temperature must be above this limit. But as temperature at/below freezing point, freezing may occur on the surface and influence the adhesion of the film. The temperature of the paint itself must be above 15℃to ensure normal performance.

备注  Remarks
漆膜厚度: Film thickness:	可根据使用目的和部位修改漆膜厚度, 每度的正常漆膜厚度范围在100-150 微米, 但这会相应改变涂布率和影响干燥时间、重涂间隔。用固化剂H330时, 每度的干膜厚度可升至150微米。 May be specified in another film thickness than indicated depending on purpose and area of use. Normal range of film thickness is 100-150 microns. This will alter spreading rate and may influence drying time and recoat interval. As curing agent H330 is used the dry film thickness for each coat may be increased to 150 micron.
重涂间隔: Recoat interval:	漆膜在使用期间暴露于浸泡、重露、大温差、化学品侵蚀或磨损的情况下, 按下列间隔重涂可获效果。 On surfaces exposed to periodical immersion, heavy condensation, great variation in temperature, chemical attack, and/or abrasion during service life of the coating system, best result will be obtained when recoat intervals are as follows. 重涂间隔与以后的暴露条件有关（干膜厚度为100微米）: Recoat intervals related to later conditions of exposure (100 microns dry film thickness):

*若重涂前漆膜仅受阳光短期直射，则可延长重涂间隔。 在其它条件下本品涂覆环氧漆系列及聚氨酯漆系列无重涂间隔。表面若受污染, 重涂前须用高压淡水彻底冲净, 任其自干。若超过重涂间隔, 须磨粗表面, 以确保漆膜间的附着力。必须待漆膜完全固化后方可投入使用。
If prior to overcoating the coating is only exposed to direct sunlight during short period, maximum recoat interval can be prolonged. Under other conditions no maximum recoat interval for overcoating epoxy paint series and polyurethane paint series. Prior to overcoating if the surface has been contaminated, thoroughly clean the surface by high pressure fresh water hosing and allow to dry. In case maximum recoat interval is exceeded, roughen the surface to ensure adhesion between film layers. The film must be fully cured before use.

Proper ventilation measures must be provided during application and drying to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits and to protect against toxic or oxygen deficient hazards.
