2 ZP18 fully make uses of the afterheat of glass bottles,then reheat it in time to process the furnace..:So we save energy for prompt furnace. Prompt furnace can make high cleanliness,and also can avoid that workers make mistakes.ZP18 also can correct the defect of the products,and make better quality.

3 The conveyer belt is made by fireresistant stainless steel.Electronic displays the temperature.ZP18 can use liquid gas,natural gas and coal gas as fuel,and air pressure will help fire burn.After mixing up temperature air stress is stable,it’s easy for workers to operate.

4 The firebox and heating box are divided by heater plate,and it avoid that dirty gas pollute glass bottles.The combustion chamber is made by new type fireresistant thermic insulant and fiber insulant.So these neew type material make less heat dissipating capacity.Less heat dissipating capacity make ZP18 not impact the temperature of the workroom,thus,the workers can have better working condition.

5 ZP18 is the linkage with glass bottles machine. You can change the sprocker wheel to change different  products.YOU also can use speed regulating motor to change the speed of the belt.

6 ZP18is esay to oprate and repair.It is more high efficiency,and the price is reasonable,and it can make eligible products.

7 ZP18 is all-in-one,an it can use for 2ml-30ml tubular vials prpducts line and daling with internal stress of rubular vials. The temperature of glass bottles rrom the product line is lower than 150 ,and it will make glass bottles wiht good toughness. The furnace temperatuie is around 570.-650.And the glass bottles will not become deformed and conglutinate. Lower temperatuie can manke products with good toughness,and also save energy. We also make special annealing furnace for your products line to save your cost and energy.
