工艺流程简介

生活污水首先流至粗、细格栅去除粗大悬浮物及漂浮物后流入集水池，集水池出水经泵（考虑来水埋深可能较深，故设置提升泵）提升至调节池，在池内进行均质、均量的调节，出水经提升泵提升至生化系统（缺氧池+接触氧化池），在缺氧内进行反硝化，通过反硝化细菌将污水中的硝态氮（包括接触氧化池混合液回流中的硝态氮）转化为氮气，在接触氧化池内通入空气，以满足好氧菌对氧气的需求，同时通过空气搅拌使池内污泥与污水充分混合，增加污水与好氧菌接触机率，促进水中污染物的降解，较快去除水中污染物质；好氧池内的出水自流进入二沉池，进行泥水分离；二沉池上清液经消毒后达标排放。

二沉池的污泥排至污泥浓缩池，经浓缩后送至带式压滤机脱水；脱水污泥外运处置，污泥浓缩池上清液和带机压滤液回流至集水池。

水处理是指为使水质达到一定使用标准而采取的物理、化学措施。饮用水的标准由环保部门制定。工业用水有自己的要求。水的温度、颜色、透明度、气味、味道等物理特性是判断水质好坏的基本标准。水的化学特性，如其酸碱度、所溶解的固体物浓度和氧气含量等，也是判断水质的重要标准。

水处理目的是提高水质，使之达到某种水质标准。按处理方法的不同，有物理水处理、化学水处理、生物水处理等多种。按处理对象或目的的不同，有给水处理和废水处理两大类。给水处理包括生活饮用水处理和工业用水处理两类; 废水处理又有生活污水处理和工业废水处理之分。其中，与热工技术关系特别密切的有从属于工业用水处理范畴的锅炉给水处理、补给水处理、汽轮机主凝结水处理以及循环水处理等。水处理对发展工业生产、提高产品质量，保护人类环境、维护生态平衡具有重要的意义。

Briefintroduction of process flow

Intothe pool of sewage flow to the first coarse and fine grid to remove coarsesuspended solids and floats, sump water through the pump (water depth may beconsidered deeply, so set the lift pump) to the regulating pond, homogenized inthe pool, adjusting both the amount of water, the lift pump to biochemical system(anoxic + contact oxidation pond), denitrification in the anoxic denitrifyingbacteria in the sewage of nitrate nitrogen (including nitrate mixture flow inthe contact oxidation tank) into nitrogen, air enters in the contact oxidationpool, to meet the demand of aerobic bacteria of oxygen. At the same timethrough the air stirred tank sludge and sewage mixed fully, increased contactwith sewage aerobic bacteria to promote the degradation of pollutants in waterby probability, the rapid removal of pollutants in water; the water flowing inthe aerobic tank into the two into the settling tank. The mud water wasseparated and the supernatant of the two sink was discharged afterdisinfection.

Twosedimentation tank sludge discharged into the sludge thickening tank,concentrated and sent to the belt filter press dewatering; sludge dewateringSinotrans disposal, sludge concentration in supernatant and filtrate returnedto the sump pressure machine.

Watertreatment refers to the physical and chemical measures taken to make waterquality to a certain standard of use.
