青岛某新建工业园规划面积为2126亩,院内工业以织布、染整和缝纫为主。园区废水处理工程分三期完成,每期5000m3/d,本设计是一期工程,2014年施工,2015年运行,接纳的废水主要是印染漂洗水、退浆和漂白废水,本工艺设计不含丝光工艺废水,该水已进行碱回收。

处理工艺
从本工程废水特征来看,有机污染物含量较高,生化性比较差,pH值变化大,并且色度比较高。废水中含有染料、浆料、助剂、油剂、酸碱、纤维杂质、砂类物质等。
针对于废水的特点,预处理主要有自动格栅、中和反应池、曝气调节池、初沉池等单元,预处理主要是为了去除悬浮物及可直接沉降的杂质,调整pH值,调节废水水质及水量等,确保后续生物处理系统的处理效率。为了达到较高的COD去除率,降低出水中COD的浓度,在二级生物处理中采用半推流式活性污泥系统,其抗冲击负荷能力明显强于传统推流式系统,处理效率高于传统完全混合式。针对原水色度高的特点,同时为了进一步去除COD,在深度处理中采用了混凝沉淀脱色+曝气生物滤池的两级工艺,保证了出水达标排放。

1 纺织印染废水工程平面设计
本项目位于生产区,占地面积11796㎡,长120m,宽98.3m,南北向布置。废水由西南侧原废水储池经泵提升进入系统,经一系列处理后的废水自流排向处理厂北侧的市政污水管道。

本项目高程设计时,地面标高作为处理系统的相对标高±0.00,地下构筑物标高-6.00m,地上建筑物顶标高+6.00m,地上建筑物顶标高+6.00。除格栅井、调节池、浓缩池和清水池外,其他设施大部分采用地上式,
电气及自动控制设计
本印染废水处理工程用电负荷以380V为主,一期总装机容量为478kW,其中运行功率190kW,设置总配、变电室。本工程采用集中与现场相结合,手动与自动相结合的控制模式。自动控制以水位控制为主,调节池、清水池和中间水池设液位控制,机械格栅设时间控制。

Accordingtothe characteristics of wastewater in, pretreatment mainly includeautomaticgrille, neutralization reaction pool, aeration regulating pond, pond,and otherunits, in
the early settlement of pretreatment is to remove suspendedsolidsand can be directly impurities, adjust pH value, adjusting effluentwaterquality and water, etc., to ensure the processing efficiency of thesubsequentbiological treatment system. In order to achieve
higher COD removalrate,reduce the concentration of COD in water, in the secondary biologicaltreatmentusing half pushed streaming in activated sludge system, its ability toresistimpact load obviously stronger than the traditional push streamingsystem,processing
efficiency is higher than the conventional hybrid. In ordertofurther remove COD, the two-stage process of coagulationprecipitationdecolorization + aeration bio-filter is adopted in the depthtreatment, whichensures the discharge of water discharge.
