水处理是指为使水质达到一定使用标准而采取的物理、化学措施。饮用水的标准由环保部门制定。工业用水有自己的要求。水的温度、颜色、透明度、气味、味道等物理特性是判断水质好坏的基本标准。水的化学特性，如其酸碱度、所溶解的固体物浓度和氧气含量等，也是判断水质的重要标准。

工程概述：某集团主营业务涉及饲料生产、食品加工、种畜禽繁育等产业。集团年饲料生产能力1100多万吨，日宰杀家禽能力230多万只，年可生产畜禽种苗1亿多只。屠宰污水主要来自于圈栏冲洗、淋洗、屠宰及其它厂房地坪冲洗、烫毛、剖解、副食加工、洗油等工序所产生的污水，

水质特点

1、屠宰污水一般呈红褐色，有难闻的腥臭味,其中含有大量的血污、油脂质、毛、肉屑、骨屑、内脏杂物、未消化的食物、粪便等污物，固体悬浮物含量高。

2、屠宰污水有机物含量高，可生化性好其中高浓度有机质不易降解，处理难度较大，宰污水中的营养物主要是氮、磷，其中氮主要以有机物或铵盐形式存在，而磷主要以磷酸盐的形式存在。

 工艺流程

 来自屠宰场的污水经格栅（网）去除污水中的毛、皮、浮渣和大颗粒悬浮物后自流入隔油池，去除大部分油脂和泥砂后进入调节池，经调节池调节水质水量后，并保证后续处理设施的正常运行。经过调节池的水经泵提升至平流式气浮沉淀一体机。先期去除水中悬浮物（ss），去除率达90%以上，出水进入一体化污水处理设备，一体化污水处理设备由（水解酸化池、二级接触氧化池、沉淀池组成），污水在水解酸化池

进行酸化处理，通过厌氧菌将大分子有机物转化成低分子有机物；经水解酸化池流入接触氧化池进行生化反应后再进入沉淀池，出水经过滤消毒达标排放

The water quality characteristics
1, slaughter wastewater generally is reddish brown, has the unpleasant stench,which contains a lot of blood, fat mass, wool, meat scraps, skeletal, visceralsundry, undigested food, fecal sewage, such as high content of suspended solids.
2, slaughter wastewater organic matter content is high, can good biochemicalwith high concentration of organic matter is not easy to degrade, processing isdifficult, the nutrients in slaughter wastewater is mainly nitrogen,phosphorus, nitrogen mainly exists in the form of organic matter or ammoniumsalt, and phosphorus mainly exists in the form of phosphate.
Process flow
