Two water quality characteristics

Two-process process
1. Primary treatment: mainly remove the larger suspension and floatation, and prevent the blockage of mechanical equipment such as sewage pump. Then flow into the oil trap and deposit the sediment into the sludge tank regularly. Oil floats on the surface
of the water and can be retrieved and disposed of. Due to the high fluctuation of water quality of wastewater, it is needed to ensure the effect and operation stability of the subsequent treatment, and to set up the adjustment pool in the process flow to homogenize

水质特点
1、屠宰污水一般呈红褐色,有难闻的腥臭味,其中含有大量的血污、油脂质、毛、肉屑、骨屑、内脏杂物、未消化的食物、粪便等污物,固体悬浮物含量高。
2、屠宰厂污水有机物含量高,可生化性好其中高浓度有机质不易降解,处理难度较大,宰污水中的营养物主要是氮、磷,其中氮主要以有机物或铵盐形式存在,而磷主要以磷酸盐的形式存在。

处理工艺
1、一级处理:主要去除较大悬浮物和漂浮物,防止污水提升泵等机械设备堵塞。然后流入隔油沉淀池,沉淀的泥沙定期用污泥泵打入污泥浓缩罐。油脂则漂浮在水面,可以人工捞出回收处理。由于其废水水质水量波动较大,以确保后续处理效果和运行稳定性,在处理工艺流程中设置调节池,以均化水质水量。保证系统平稳运行。还可以通过调节池均化其本?淼乃帷⒓疃龋允狗纤?/span>pH值满足后续处理工艺的要求。废水中含有的血污、油脂、油块等,通过混凝气浮得到有效的去除。
2、二级处理:对于屠宰废水中难降解、浓度较高的CODCr、BOD5,预处理过程中不能完全去除,故二级处理采用生化处理,水解酸化池主要目的将大分子有机物分解成小分子有机物,以便在好氧过程中进一步得到去除。
3、三级处理:好氧处理后的出水,溢流到沉淀池中,沉淀后上清水进入消毒池,沉淀池中的污泥定期用泥浆泵打入污泥浓缩罐中。
工艺流程
屠宰厂污水经格栅(网)去除污水中的毛、皮、浮渣和大颗粒悬浮物后自流入隔油池,去除大部分油脂和泥砂后进入调节池,经调节池调节水质水量后,并保证后续处理设施的正常运行。经过调节池的水经泵提升至平流式气浮沉淀一体机。先期去除水中悬浮物(ss),去除率达90%以上,出水进入一体化污水处理设备,一体化污水处理设备由(水解酸化池、二级接触氧化池、沉淀池组成),污水在水解酸化池
进行酸化处理,通过厌氧菌将大分子有机物转化成低分子有机物;经水解酸化池流入接触氧化池进行生化反应后再进入沉淀池,出水经过滤消毒达标排放
