检测平台外形：按JB/T7974-1999标准制造，产品制成筋板式和箱体式，检测平台工作面有长方形、正方形或圆形。检测平台(平板)材料：高强度铸铁HT200--300，工作面硬度为HB170--240，经过两次人工处理（人工退火600°--700°和自然时效2--3年）使该产品的精度稳定，耐磨性能好。检测平台(平板)用途：适用于各种检验、检测工作，精度测量用的基准平面用于机床机械检验测量基准，检查，并作精密零件的尺寸精度或行为偏差，并作精密划线，在机械制造中也是不可缺少的基本工具。

Cast Iron Inspection Plate

Cast Iron Inspection Plate can be made into rib type and box type and the working surface are typically square, rectangular or round and are allowed to machined V, T or U-shaped grooves and round holes or other holes.  

Material:

The material of Cast Iron Testing Plate is high-strength cast iron HT200 and HT250. After two times’ artificial heat aging treatment( Artificial annealing temperature 600℃ to 700℃or 2-3 years natural aging) the internal stress was totally eliminated, so the surface plate have stable accuracy and good wear-resisting performance. 

Usage:

Cast Iron Testing Surface Plate is always used as the datum for measurement of the machinery parts’ geometric tolerance,such as flatness, parallelism, straightness and more. It is also can be used for precision inspection, marking out (layout), and tooling setup. It is an indispensable basic equipment in most mechanical manufacturing industries.

检测平台质检标准

1、检验平板工作表面不应有锈迹、划痕、碰伤及其他影响使用的外观缺陷。

2、检验平板工作面的硬度应为HB 170-220。

3、检验平板相对两个侧面上，应设置有安装手柄、吊环等吊装设施的螺纹孔或圆柱孔。设计吊装位置时应考虑尽量减少因吊装而引起的变动。

4、检验平板工作表面不应有砂孔、气孔、裂纹、夹渣及缩松等铸造缺陷。各种铸造表面应清除型砂、且表面平整，涂漆牢固。各棱边应修钝。在精度等级低于“00”级的平板工作面上，对于直径小于15mm的砂允许用相同的材料堵塞，其硬度应低于周围材料的硬度。在工作面上堵塞的部位应不多于四处，其相互之间的距离应不小于80mm。

5、铸铁检验平板应经过稳定性处理和去磁

6、检验平板应采用优质细颗料的灰口铸铁或合金铸铁制造。

7、检验平板工作面应采用刮削工艺，对于“3”级平板工作面也可以采用刨削工艺，刨削工作表面的表面粗糙度按轮廓算术平均偏差Ra值应不大于5um

8、根据用户要求，在检验平板工作面上设置螺纹孔或沟槽后，这些部位不应出现高于工作面的凸起现象

Quality testing standard for Cast Iron Inspection Plate:

1. The working surface, when inspected visually, shall be free from blowholes, sand holes, cracks, slag inclusions scratches, porous patches and other visual flaws. 

2. The raw material of Cast Iron Surface Plate shall be the close-grained cast iron whose hardness is of HB 170~220.

3.The working surface shall be clean and uniform and the other sides shall be painted well..

4. The plugging of blowholes or porous patches in the working surface with material of a similar composition is permitted provided that such a repair does not affect stability or accuracy.

5. Where tapped holes or inserts are required the necessary work shall be carried out before the working surface is finished.
