测量平台样式：测量平台制成筋板式和箱体式，工作面有长方形、正方形或圆形。测量平台工作面采用刮削工艺，工作面上可加工V形、T形、U形槽和圆孔、长孔等。

Measuring Surface Plate can be made into rib type or box type and the working surface are typically square, rectangular or round and are allowed to machined V, T or U-shaped grooves and round holes or other holes.  

Usage:

Measuring surface plate is used as the datum for measurement of the machinery parts’ geometric tolerance,such as flatness, parallelism, straightness and more. It is also can be used for precision inspection, marking out (layout), and tooling setup.Measuring Surface Plate is the  indispensable basic equipment in most mechanical manufacturing industries, such as electronic manufacturing industry and machine tools manufacturing industry, etc.

测量平台材质：测量平台采用高强度铸铁HT200、HT250，经过两次人工处理（人工退火600度——700度和自然时效2——3年），使测量平台精度稳定，耐磨性能好。 测量平台硬度：铸铁测量平台硬度HB170-240  

测量平台质量检测内容：表面粗糙度，尺寸公差，力学性能，化学成分，硫、磷含量、重量偏差等。

The material of Cast Iron Measuring Plate is high-strength cast iron HT200 and HT250. After two times’ artificial heat aging treatment( Artificial annealing temperature 600℃ to 700℃or 2-3 years natural aging) the internal stress was totally eliminated, so the surface plate have stable accuracy and good wear-resisting performance. 

测量平台的包装：铸铁测量平台采用铁板包装或木制包装两种形式，铸铁测量平台表面用塑料膜封装，这种包装适于铸铁测量平台内陆运输，并有良好的防潮、防震、防锈和防野蛮装卸等，保护铸铁测量平台的措施,以确保安全运抵现场。 

测量平台在使用时，要先进行安装调试，始终保持工作面的清洁，使用过程中，要注意被测工件和测量平台的工作面不能有强烈的碰撞，工件的重量更不可以超过测量平台的额定载荷，如超过就有可能损坏测量平台的工作面，甚至会造成变形，使之损坏，无法使用。

Package:

The Cast Iron Measuring Surface Plate shall be packed by iron plate or wooden cases and working surface shall be covered with plastic film, which can protect the surface plate against moisture, shock, rust and rough handling, to ensure the surface plate be delivered to the destination safely.

Before using, the Measuring Surface Plate shall be mounted and debugged. When used, the working surface should be kept clean and be protected from damage. To ensure there is no collision between the workpiece and working surface and the weight of the workpiece should not exceed the loading capacity of the surface plate or it may cause damage to the working surface and it even can cause deformation.
