Description manual punch

The operator pushes the sample to the stop. A triple shear knife cuts the sample from the material. The sample falls through the knife and may be taken out.

The sample punch is available in the following sizes:

? 63x76 mm or 63x63 mm for Elmendorf samples

? 38x75 mm for bending stiffness samples

This sample punch is especially designed for punching voluminous materials (e.g. non-woven for sanitary products, pulp samples). The top knife is constructed as a punching tool; a plastic shelf serves as bed. Safety protection due to two-hand operation.

The punching tool is available in various sizes:

? Round: all sizes up to 150 mm diameter

? Rectangular, quadratic: up to 200 x 200 mm
