交错搬运时，在后工序的IN侧的电路板通过确认传感器为ON时，向前工序发出电路板要求信号。非交错搬运时，在自模组的OUT侧的电路板通过确认传感器OFF时，向前工序发出电路板要求信号。
单搬运轨道S和双搬运轨道或者是和单搬运轨道连接时，必须进行不要交错搬运的设定。如果不进行此设定时，存在发生电路板搬运异常的可能性。
此外，在进行交错搬运时，不能对应电路板长度（L）超过350mm的情况。由于是根据在JOB上输入的电路板尺寸进行的自动判断 NXT过滤棉XH00400，所以必须在JOB上输入正确的电路板尺寸。
