Choosing the Right Channel for Flow Applications
For flow assays employing the smallest volumes and high values of shear stress:
use a 0.1 or 0.2 mm channel
For wide ranging shear stress values:
use a 0.4 mm channel
For controlling low values of shear stress
(< 2 dyn / cm2): use a 0.6 or a 0.8 mm channel
