ibidi μ-Slide 2 well 适用于标准免疫荧光染色步骤，不需盖玻片，所有实验步骤（例如细胞培养，固定，染色和成像观察）都是在一个开放型小室中进行，染色后，样品可以通过类似于 盖玻片的底部在高分辨率显微镜下直接观察，密封盖能有效阻止水分的挥发，允许长时间进行实验观察。
