1、噪声与振动控制
噪声以空气为介质进行传播,令人厌烦,影响身心健康,造成听力损失,诱发安全事故,产生社会问题。噪声分为空气噪声和振动噪声,当建筑结构或机器设备产生振动时会辐射出二次噪声,也表现为空气声。
对于工业企业噪声、交通噪声、建筑施工噪声、社会生活噪声等方面的治理,首先要采集声场和振动数据,然后进行频谱分析、方案设计、计算机模拟,最后生产加工,现场安装,调试、测试,为客户提供全面的解决方案,并最终实现设计目标。
针对低频、中频、高频不同的噪声特性,从控制噪声和振动源、阻断传播途径、保护受影响区域出发,采用先进的吸声、隔声、消声、减振隔振、阻尼等技术手段和先进的声学材料,设计专门的声学构造和声学装置(如消声器、隔声罩、声屏障、隔声门、隔声窗、吸声隔声板、减振器等),确保获得的减振、降噪效果。

VII. Specific Description
1. Noise and Vibration Control
Noise spreads through air, which annoys people and affects health. Noise may affect our listening ability and lead to accidents. Noise can be classified into air noise and vibration noise. When buildings or equipments have vibration, they will produce second round noise, which is also a category of air noise.
For factory noise, transportation noise, site noise, daily noise, we firstly need to collect data of sound field and vibration, and then perform frequency spectrum analysis, computer simulation. At last, we start manufacturing, installing, commissioning according to the designed plan to ensure clients’ satisfaction and achieve initial design target.
For low frequency, middle frequency and high frequency noises, we apply technologies of absorbing, isolation, reduction, vibration reduction, damping, and advanced acoustic materials to develop proper acoustic devices (such as muffler silencer, acoustic enclosure, noise barriers, acoustical doors and windows, acoustic panels, dampers, etc.) in the principle of controlling noise source, blocking transmission, and protecting affected areas, so as to ensure the optimized vibration and noise reduction.

2、声学实验室
声学实验室包括消声室/半消声室,混响室,隔声室及各类检测室(如听力检查,门窗、天花、地板、下水等隔声性能检测)。
消声室是声学测量研究领域使用较广的专业实验室。要求在一个闭合空间内建立自由声场或半自由声场。在这个空间内,传播声波的介质均匀地向各个方向无限延伸,使声源辐射的声能自由地传播,既无障碍物的反射,也无环境噪声的干扰。
消声室性能的评价,是通过将测试声源发射声压的空间衰减与理想自由声场中声压衰减的规律相比较来进行的,声压的衰减量与离开声源距离的平方应满足反比定律。消声室的吸声尖劈长度按照1/4波长(λ)理论设计,L=c/4f,尖劈基部与劈部长度的比例通常控制在1:4,消声室的截止频率(f)是消声室设计的重要参数,声场自由空间和本底噪声是鉴定消声室好坏的关键指标。

2. Acoustic Laboratory
Acoustic laboratory consists of noise free/semi-noise free chambers, reverberation chambers, sound insulating chambers and all kinds of testing rooms (for example, listening test, windows, ceilings, floors, and drainage noise testing).
An acoustic chamber is a kind of professional laboratory for sound test and study. It requires to build a free or semi-free sound for a close space. In this space, all transmission media is expanded to every direction by removing all blocks.
Philosophy of acoustic chambers: it is built by comparing tested spatial attenuation of acoustic emission sound pressure with sound ideal in the free sound field of pressure attenuation law. Attenuation of acoustic pressure varies inversely with the square of the distance left sound source. The length of sound - absorbing wedges of anechoic chamber is designed in accordance with 1/4 wavelength theory (λ), L=c/4f. The proportion between wedge base and wedge body is normally controlled at 1:4. The cut-off frequency is a critical parameter for designing an acoustic chamber. 3、厅堂音质
厅堂音质是厅堂类建筑满足使用要求的重要因素,通过室内声学设计和噪声控制,使厅堂达到预期的音质效果。如音乐厅、剧院、电影院、会议室、多功能厅、讲堂、体育馆、录音室、演播室、教堂等建筑要求确保语言清晰度,合适的混响时间,使听众获得足够的声音响度,并保证声场均匀度。
厅堂的功能、形体、装饰、容积、坐席数量的不同需要要求采取不同的声学措施,一方面,通过建筑隔声、隔振以及暖通空调消声处理来满足室内安静度要求;另一方面,通过声学设计,对室内顶棚、墙面、地面等部位的形体设计和声学材料布置,获得与使用要求相适应的声场环境,避免声缺陷。
混响时间和近次反射声(直达声之后35~50ms以内达到的反射声)与室内音质有密切关系,它会增加声音的“华丽感”和“亲切感”。

3. Sound Quality of Halls
Sound quality of an auditorium is an important factor for a completed property. It helps halls, such as concert halls, theatres, cinemas, meeting rooms, functional rooms, lecture rooms, gyms, studios, churches and other buildings which require high sound transmission quality, to achieve expected sound purpose by designing in-room acoustic structure and controlling noise.
Variables of halls, such as functions, bodies, decoration, volume, amount of seats require various acoustic measures. We can meet these requirements by sound isolation, vibration isolation, air conditioning noise exhaust; or by laying out acoustic materials for ceilings, walls, grounds, etc. to ensure proper sound environment and reduce defects.
Sound mixing period has a close relation with second round sound reverberation time (sound reflected 35-50ms after direct sound transmission). It increases sound’s “excellence” and “realness”.
4. Sound Consultant
City buildings, private buildings, and factories need acoustic guidance and suggestions. A sound consultant company tests and evaluates sound quality inside and outside a building in accordance with building design, structure design, room decoration, walls, machines and equipments, pipes and air conditioning systems.

1、消声器
消声器是允许气流通过的一种消声降噪装置,安装消声器是消除空气动力性噪声的重要措施。将其安装在空气动力设备气流通道的进、排气系统中,用以消耗声能,降低噪声。
2、消声百叶
消声百叶实际上是消声器的改型,其消声插片较短或制成折板式,在工程中常用于生产车间或设备机房的进排风口、高噪声设备隔声罩的通风散热口,以及隔声屏障的局部通风口等处。
3、声屏障
声屏障在声源和接受者之间插入一个吸声隔声设施,使声波传播受阻,从而降低接受者所在区域的噪声影响。声屏障的形式和材料有多种,根据需要选择使用。
4、隔声罩
隔声罩是一种有效降噪措施,其内层吸声,外层隔声,并配合隔声门、隔声窗、消声器等形成一个具备功能的降噪装置。它可以有效阻隔噪声向外传播,减少噪声对外界环境的影响。

VIII.Accompanying Products
1、Muffler silencer
Muffler silencer is a noise reduction device by allowing air flow. It is a crucial measure of aerodynamic noise elimination. Normally, it is installed in the air intake and exhaust systems of flow channels for noise reduction.
2、Silencing shutter
Actually, silencing shutter is a remodel of muffler silencer. Its noise reduction plate is shorter and folded. Silencing shutters are applied at vents of workshops and plant rooms.
3、Noise barriers
The noise barriers are isolation devices between noise source and receivers. The noise barriers block noise transmission, so as to reduce receiving noise. Types and materials of noise barriers can be customized accordingly.
4、Acoustic enclosure
The acoustic enclosure is an effective noise reducing measure. Its inside can absorb noise, while outside can isolate noise. With the help of acoustical door and windows, it develops to a noise reduction device, which prevents noise from transmitting to keep outside environment quiet.
5、Acoustical door
It is a key product of acoustic project, which can decide the success of a whole acoustic project. FDA applies advanced and unique design and technology to make these doors soundproof, fireproof and portable.
6、隔声窗
隔声窗采用非对称双层或多层结构设计,使声波通过不同介质、不同形状空间时实现衰减,通常采用真空钢化玻璃、有机玻璃、高强耐力板等,透光性好、安全、抗冲击。
7、空间吸声体
空间吸声体是一种分散悬挂于建筑内上部空间,用以降低室内噪声或改善室内音质的吸声构件。其吸声效率主要与吸收体结构形式、材料吸声性能、悬挂数量、悬挂方式等有关。
8、减振器
减振隔振产品有金属弹簧减振器,橡胶隔振器,橡胶减振垫,弹性吊钩以及空气弹簧减振器等。根据振动测量数据选择相应的减振器产品,可以满足1~2Hz的固有频率要求。
声学材料:阻尼隔声毡、铝纤维、泡沫铝、透明隔声板、穿孔吸声板等。
6、Acoustic window
Acoustic window using asymmetric two - layer or multi-layer design, maximize the attenuation when acoustic wave transmits through different media and space. It is made of vacuum glass, plexiglas, high strength and stamina panels to improve its light transmission, security, and resistance of impact.
7、Space absorbers
It is an absorbing component which hangs dispersively on tops of building inside for reducing in-room noise and improving sound quality. Its absorbing effectiveness is decided by its own structure, materials, amount of hanging, and ways of hanging.
8、Shock absorber
Shock absorber can be made in terms of metal springs, rubber isolators, rubber damping pads, elastic hooks and air spring dampers. Clients can select appropriate absorber according to vibration measuring data to meet fixed frequency of 1~2Hz.
Acoustic materials includes sound damping isolation mats, aluminum fiber, aluminum foam, transparent sound insulation panels, perforation sound absorption panels and so on.

(一)噪声与振动控制工程
1.工业设备及生产线噪声治理
A、噪声特点
各种工业设备及生产线在工作时通常会产生较大噪声,该类噪声频谱较宽,声压级较高,比如高速冲床、真空上料机、大型工业风机、玻璃钢化生产线等。
B、治理措施
根据实际情况采用吸声、隔声、消声、减振隔振、阻尼等措施,设计隔声房、隔声罩、消声器、阻尼隔声包扎构造,充分考虑生产工艺、维修维护、照明、安全等要求,有时还需要安装强排风机,确保通风散热。
对于各种设备机房,可进行墙面、顶面吸声降噪处理。
C、效果
可以达到国家规定的声环境质量要求,使工人在安全的声环境中正常工作,并减小对周围环境的影响。

Noise and Vibration Control Project
1. Noise Reduction of Equipment and Production Lines
A、Characteristics of Noise
Industrial machines and production lines (for example, high speed presses, vacuum feeding machine, large industrial fans, glass tempering production line, etc.) produce plenty of noise while manufacturing. This kind of noise has wide noise spectrum and high sound pressure.
B、Prevention Measures
Build soundproof rooms, acoustic enclosure, muffler silencer, damping wrap by applying sound absorbing, sound isolation, noise reduction, vibration reduction, damping measures. Taking production process, preventive maintenance, and safety into account, we need to install strong fan exhauster to ensure ventilation.
For each kind of plant rooms, we can perform wall and ceiling noise absorbing treatment.
C、Expected Results
Our purpose is to create a healthy and safe sound environment for workers and minimize noise affection, while meeting national sound environment requirements.
2、振动噪声控制
A、噪声特点
风机房、水泵房、空压机房和空调机房的风机、水泵以及其他工业设备,其运转时产生的机械振动将沿基座向建筑结构传递,形成固体振动噪声,即二次噪声。振动噪声频率较低,衰减缓慢,可传播到较远距离。
B、治理措施
根据设备的振动特性和所需的隔振量,通过计算模拟,设计合适的减振机构,使减振器、减振基座和设备相互匹配,达到较高的隔振效率。对流体管道的振动,宜采用弹性吊杆或支架,减小振动向建筑结构传递,管道穿墙处应弹性软包处理,避免管道与墙壁接触形成声桥。
在处理某些薄板结构振动时,可以采取阻尼措施,能有效抑制共振发生,防止振颤回声。
C、治理效果
振动经过充分处理后,隔振率可以达到90%以上,振动形成的二次噪声大大降低。
2、Vibration Noise Control
A、Characteristics of Noise
The fans, water pumps and other homogeneous equipments in the fan rooms, pump rooms, pressure vessels, always produce vibration noise when in operation. By making their base vibrate, these machines generate second round noise. The vibration frequency is low and reduces gradually, so the noise can transmit a long distance.
B、Prevention Measures
Design proper vibration reduction structure by calculating and stimulating vibration performance, so as to ensure absorber and its base can cope with equipments. For vibration of fluid pipe, we’d better apply elastic suspenders or supports to prevent noise from transmitting through the building. For the joint between the pipe and wall, we apply elastic soft wrap treatment to avoid bridge.
When treating vibration of some thin plates, we can apply damping to restrain resonance.
C、Expected Results
After treating vibration, the rate of vibration isolation can reach to or above 90%, so as to reduce second round noise greatly.
3、暖通设备噪声治理
A、噪声特点
在暖通系统中,中央空调外机、热泵机组、冷却塔以及风机等是主要的噪声源。暖通系统产生的空气噪声通常偏低频,压缩机、淋水等噪声分布在中高频段,噪声等效A声级一般在65~85dB之间。
B、治理措施
主要采用消声、隔声、吸声、隔振等综合措施。通常可在设备顶部安装排风消声器,侧面设计进风消声百叶,空调主机及水泵基座安装阻尼弹簧减振器,管路弹性吊挂处理,部分管道进行阻尼隔声包扎,机房墙面及吊顶做吸声处理,门窗采用专业的隔声门窗。
C、治理效果
根据降噪要求,设计相应构造以满足国家规定的环境噪声标准。
4.交通噪声
A、噪声特点
交通噪声一般是60-80dB(A)的中等强度,包含胎噪、发动机噪声、尾气排放噪声等,属于宽频带特性噪声。交通噪声具有不确定性,即使同一地点,在不同时段其噪声水平也会有较大变化。
B、治理措施
针对交通噪声对周围环境影响的特点,通常采用声屏障方式进行治理,通过计算确定声屏障的高度、长度和形式。根据道路两侧的实际情况,可设计各种形式的声屏障,如封闭式声屏障,立体绿化式声屏障、带景观窗式声屏障、全透明式声屏障、非透明声屏障等,材料有镀锌板、亚克力板、泡沫铝、铝纤维、玻璃钢、水泥等。
3、Noise Control of Heating and Ventilation Project
A、Characteristics of Noise
Central air-conditioners, heating pumps, cooling towers and fans are main sources of noise, whose frequency is very low. Noise frequency of compressors and sprayers is relatively medium and low. Sound equivalent level is normally between 65dB and 85dB.
B、Preventive Measures
Normally, we apply comprehensive measures, such as sound elimination, sound isolation, sound absorbing and vibration isolation. We install ventilation muffler silencer on the top of equipment, air input muffler on the side, damper on the base of water pumps; perform damper wrap for partial pumps; install sound absorber on walls and ceilings; apply sound isolator for doors and windows.
C、Expected Effects
Design relevant noise reduction structure as per national noise standard and noise reduction requirements.
4. Traffic Noise
A、Characteristics of Noise
Traffic noise strength is medium with 60-80dB (A). It is produced by tires, motors, emission exhausting, belonging to wide frequency noise type. Traffic noise has its uncertainty, i.e. it varies drastically in different time period.
B、Prevention Measures
Considering characteristics of traffic noise, we normally apply noise barriers, whose heights and length are defined by calculation. We can design different types of barriers according to sides of roads, for example, closed barriers, stereo-greening barriers, landscape barriers, transparent barriers, non-transparent barriers. They are made of galvanized plate, acrylic plate, foam aluminum, aluminum fiber, glass steel and concrete, etc.

综合考虑效果、造价、安全等因素, 声屏障一般设计降噪量在5~10dB(A)。
5、场所噪声治理
A、噪声特点
KTV酒吧、迪厅、卡拉OK、练歌房等场所通常都有大功率的音响,A声级可达到110分贝以上,尤其是重低音音箱引起的低频噪声和结构振动可以传播到很远,对建筑内和建筑外都易产生严重影响。
B、主要措施
针对高声压级、低频、振动等特点,厚重的维护结构非常关键,尽量采用面密度大的墙体,通道设置隔声门,内装修用一定量的吸声材料,地面的音箱和顶部音箱都需要进行隔振处理,采取弹簧或橡胶减振器支撑、弹性吊装。内部房间形状尺寸尽量减小大面积平行表面,防止振颤回声,可以贴装阻尼材料,改变共振频率,阻止共振产生。
C、效果
满足场所震撼刺激的功能要求,尽量降低对周围人群工作和生活的影响,创造一个完美的声环境。

5、Noise Control of Recreation Places
A、Characteristics of Noise
Recreation places such as bars, KTVs apply high frequency audios. Its sound is classified as A level, which can reach to and over 110 dB. Low frequency noise and vibration caused by subwoofers can spread a long way, so they have serious impact on both interior and exterior buildings.
B、Prevention Measures
Considering its high sound pressure level, low frequency, and vibration, we apply thick structure, such as walls of large intensity, channels with acoustical doors, sound absorbing materials. We need to conduct vibration isolation for ground and top A/V system by using spring or rubber damper, spring hanger, etc. For interior decoration, we would minimize squares of parallel space to reduce echo caused by vibration or paste damper materials to change resonance frequency.
C、Expected Effects
To meet entertaining requirements of these places while reduce its noise affection, so as to create a perfect recreating environment.
(二)声学实验室
消声室
根据客户需要设计消声室为模拟自由声场实验室,消声室内的各界面,装有高效能吸声结构,在所需频率范围内,99%以上的入射声能被吸收,使反射声波小到不超出规定的范围;同时采取隔声、隔振措施,使室外的噪声和振动不致影响室内测试,保证室内近似为没有反射、没有干扰并满足自由声场条件的实验空间。
消声室的吸声处理是保证消声室建成后取得良好的自由声场性能的关键,大多采用具有强吸声能力的吸声尖劈或平板式薄板共振吸声结构。
混响室
混响室为模拟扩散声场的实验室。混响室的围护结构要厚实,内表面光滑,界面吸声系数很小,使室内绝大部分空间满足扩散声场的条件。
设计时一般由测试的中心频率决定混响室的体积,体形一般为长方体,为了增进室内声场的扩散程度,内表面宜做成半球、柱面或其他形状的凸面体,并采用瓷砖、大理石、水磨石等吸声系数非常小的材料,平均吸声系数不宜超过0.06。
隔音室
满足ISO 10140,GB/T19889,ISO 10848,ISO 3822,ASTM E90,ASTM E1414,ASTM1111等标准的声学测试实验室,用于建筑构件的隔声量检测,如楼板、墙体、门窗、天花、地板、玻璃幕墙、隔断、水龙头等。
(二) Acoustic Laboratory
Anechoic Chamber
As per clients’ requirements, we design the stimulated free sound field laboratory. Every part of this chamber is installed with high efficiency sound absorbing structure. 99% sound can be absorbed within the scope of needed frequency, which makes reflected sound wave no more than the specified range. In addition, we apply sound isolation, vibration isolation to ensure that exterior noise and vibration are not able to affect in-room test. We ensure this chamber does not have sound refection and disturb, and meet requirements of free sound field.
Absorbing treatment is a key point for an anechoic chamber. In order to get the best sound free field performance, we apply wedges with great absorbing ability or flat - plate resonance sound absorption structures
Reverberation chambers
Reverberation chamber is a kind of laboratory for sound spread stimulation. The surounding material of reverberation chambers must be thick, smooth with low sound-absorbing coefficient, so as to ensure most space of the room meet requiments of spreading sound field.
The center frequency can decide volume of a reverberation chamber. It is normally a coboid with a hemispere, cylindical or other protruded inside structer to maximize its spreading ablitiy. Moreover, we use materials with low absorbing coefficient, such tiles, marbles, terrazos to control absorbing coefficient at or lower than 0.06.
Soundproof Room
This soundproof room is ISO 10140,GB/T19889,ISO 10848,ISO 3822,ASTM E90,ASTM E1414,ASTM1111 certified. It is used to test sound isolation capability of floors, walls, windows, ceilings, glass walls, partition panel, faucet, etc.
(三)厅堂音质
厅堂音质的设计要求要有合适的响度、声能分布均匀、低的噪声干扰、消除音质缺陷,包括声聚焦 、颤动回声 、声影和延时较长的强反射声。
厅堂音质设计的内容包括厅堂选址、总平面布置、体积容积的确定、音质指标的考量,反射面的布置、混响设计及噪声控制等。在设计时要注意均匀布置吸声材料,选择合适的混响时间,充分利用近次反射声。
在噪声振动控制方面要确定建筑围护结构的隔声方案,进行包括空调与制冷设备等噪声源在内的消声与减振设计。在声学设计方面需考虑细节布置,选择合适的吸声材料和结构,进行厅堂内部的声学装修设计。
(四)声学顾问
对城市综合体、酒店、工业企业的声音品质和声场状况进行全面的设计,提供专业的顾问服务。对声环境,包括相关联的建筑声学特性、扩声系统特性、噪声控制以及声景观等提出专业意见。
设计建筑内部功能空间规划、轻质墙体构造、吸声材料使用,以及室内外机电设备减振隔振等。测试周围声环境状况、设备运转噪声、精装样板房隔声,提供阶段声学报告并给出声学建议。
(三)Sound Quality of Halls
The design of hall sound requires proper loudness, sound distribution, less noise, sound defects elimination, including sound accumulation, flutter echo, and long-time delay of strong reflections.
The design includes location of halls, general layout, volume and size, quality indicators for volume determination, noise control, etc. Selecting proper materials, sound mixing time are very important. We must maximize the impact of near sound reflection.
We need to define sound insulation of buildings in terms of noise vibration control. This design includes reducing sound and vibration caused by air conditioners or cooling systems, etc. Details need to be considered in advance to ensure right selection of sound absorbing and decoration materials.
(四) Acoustic Consultant
Provide professional and comprehensive plan and suggestions for city buildings, hotels, factories on sound quality and sound field.
Design interior structure of buildings, wall structure, methods of using absorbing materials, and sound insulation methods of interior and exterior machines and equipments. By inspecting sound environment, equipment noise when in operation, mock rooms, we provide periodic acoustic report and suggestions.

1、有源噪声控制技术
区别于传统的吸声、隔声等控制噪声的无源控制技术,有源噪声控制技术是在指定区域内人为产生一个次级声信号,通过次级声源产生与初始声源的声波大小相等,相位相反的声波,二者相互抵消,达到降噪的目的。
有源噪声控制的效果与具体的声学条件(如声场类型、频率范围和时变特性等)和控制器的有效性有关,可编程滤波器及算法是有源控制技术的关键。
2、有源振动控制技术
有源振动控制是一种用于减小结构振动的有源控制手段,分为有源吸振、有源隔振、有源阻尼。其控制系统由传感器、控制器和次级振动源或作动机构组成,对低频振动的控制有良好效果,它可以改变振动系统的等效阻尼,质量和弹性系数,并且可以在一定的频率宽度内同时控制多个频率点固有振动的响应,可以处理传统振动控制技术难以处理的一些控制问题。

1、Noise Control Technology of Active Noise
Different from the traditional sound absorption, sound insulation, such as control of passive noise control technology, active noise control technology is a given area human - generated in a secondary sound signals through secondary sound source equal to the initial size of the acoustic sound sources, phase instead of sound waves, they cancel each other out, so as to reduce noise
Effects of active noise control are influenced by specific acoustic condition (such as types of sound filed, rank of frequency and time viability) and the validity of a controller. Key elements of this technology are programmed sound filter and algorithm.
2、Active Vibration Control Technology
Active vibration control technology is a way for reducing the structural vibration. It can be divided into active vibration absorber, active vibration isolation and active damping. Its control system is composed of sensors, controllers and its secondary vibration source which have a good effect on the control of low frequency vibration. It can change equivalent damping of vibration system, mass and elasticity. In addition, it can control multiple fixed vibration reflection within a certain frequency width. You can resolve control problems which cannot be reached by traditional vibration control methods.

对于未来的研究和发展方向主要有两个:一是改进现有的控制系统,增强系统的通用性、提高系统的可靠性,可维护性,改善人机操作环境,使具有少量专业知识的人士可以进行操作和维护;二是将有源控制的思想与其它学科进行交叉融合,形成新的研究方向,譬如机翼颤振的有源控制、不稳定的有源控制、电磁波有源控制、非线性系统有源控制等。
