The Smallest PS Plate
We highly recommend a type of new plate material-- back adhesive PS plate, a little knight for the cost saving. The biggest difference of it is that other plate materials are all pasted on the plate roller, while this plate material can not be directly pasted on the plate roller, instead it must be pasted on the PS plate of the plate roller, moreover such plate material generally could only use the small size one, for instance generally can not exceed 100mm × 40mm. Such plate material means too much for those printing houses who often print the sheet draft or the printing pieces often have changes but of small changes. For instance a four sheet draft, its regular printing process is firstly to make four sheet plates, and then print in four times, in fact there is only one different letter on the four sheet draft, namely the “one” on the first sheet, the “two” on the second sheet, and the “three” on the third sheet,.......... If we use the back adhesive PS plate, we only burn one sheet of normal plate for mounting, and then burn three sheet small back adhesive PS plates, with only three letters, namely the first sheet, second sheet, third sheet, fourth sheet. When the first plate finishes printing, then we paste the back adhesive PS plate with the second sheet on the first sheet, keep on printing to-and-fro. This saves the cost (the price of the small plate is the one-third to one-tenth of the big plate), as well as saves the time for changing the plate. This also basically solves the problem of the sheet draft over printing. In addition some printing works are only to change the address or date, which could also adopt this method. Major function: Two major functions of realizing the partial shielding and letter changing (letter adding) to the PS plate.
Scope of application:
1. It is used for printing multi-sheet draft and over printing with more than two colors
small area color lump (such as envelop, mark and so on) printing pieces. Adopting this product could all realize the one plate printing hence save the new plate and reduce the cost.
2. It is used for plates that require to be replaced when discovering the error for partial letter (figure, line drawing) after plate burning.
3. It is used for those printing pieces which need to change the letter when the partial letter comes off during the printing process.
Merits: All the double draft letter changing and color lump shielding could directly be operated on the printer, which guarantees the accurate over printing, and saves on paper.

Operating Instructions
1. Cutting：Cut this product to the proper size according to operating requirements, keep the back side upward when cutting, and cut along the white line between black squares (non-drying adhesive). When the sides are without adhesive, then they could pass the standard, otherwise it is easy to be dirty during printing.
2. Do according to the common method for plate burning, developing, rinsing, thick positive deletion. Plate burning time could be slightly adjusted according to the practical situation. Multi-block double draft letters are altogether preceded the plate burning and then cutting is even more convenient. The center distance is required to be 6mm for the vertical letter of the sulphate paper (film).
3. After printing shut down the machine as usual, dry the printing position that needs shielding or letter changing with wind (taking the papers to fan about twenty times to and fro), then you could paste, and take a blank sheet to press the “correcting paste” and paste it firm.
4. Before printing it is recommended to wipe the pasting position with the plate cleaning solution, and then clean it with the clear water, thus you would get better effect.
5. Residual adhesive cleaning: Take off the correcting paste, scrub the adhesive remained on the PS plate with the mixture of water, gasoline and moistening powder, and then use the clear water to wash. We could repeat that for several times according to circumstances.
6. Cutting tool and method: The cutting is required to have the smooth notch without burr; otherwise it is easy to have the dirty mark. Place the sharp knife on this product (with smooth plastic board below), and then lightly knock it open with small hammer. The cutting angle generally is right angle, but outward-dipping of about 60 degree angle would have a better effect. Seaming direction especially recommends such cutting angle.
7. Other suggestions: Under possible conditions, pressure from ink roller to the plate should not exceed the normal range of 4mm. In the printing course, under the precondition of guaranteeing the printing product’s quality, you should keep the less ink and more water, and it is recommended to use the printing ink with strong viscosity (hardness), such as Silian ink or peony ink and so on.

(2) Paste half of the single letters after plate burning on the yellow underline.
(3) Keep the uniform of the top right corner of the yellow underline and the mark on the printing board, with its upper side uniform to the mark line; smear it from left to the right. Half of the single letters changed is pasted on the PS plate, press the tight part by hand, draw out the yellow underline, and then press the other half.
