　　　武汉华俄激光工程有限公司是2008年在武汉•中国光谷注册成立的一家中外合资企业。她由两家中方公司和俄罗斯激光专家组成。中方公司系东湖开发区内知名激光企业和湖北省内专业从事对外技术合作的公司。中方公司具备较强的经济实力和自主创新能力，是火炬计划及省“十一五”科技攻关项目的承担单位。俄罗斯在激光技术的基础研究、应用开发及国防应用等方面，秉承了前苏联的技术精华，研发实力雄厚，具有世界的技术水平。俄罗斯激光专家在俄国内，长期从事激光科技的教学、研发工作，他带领研发团队，在固体激光器的系列科研中取得显著成效，后组建公司，以研发、生产大幅面固体激光切割机为主。该设备应用于大幅面金属板材的切割加工。对各种金属板材（包括不锈钢）、有色金属合金板材均可以切割。切割厚度可达4－6毫米，幅面可达1250mm×2500mm以上。该设备以优良的品质、精确的加工能力，在业内获得好评，并在俄罗斯国内及欧洲市场广泛销售。武汉华俄激光工程有限公司以引进先进的俄罗斯激光技术，满足国内市场对大幅面金属板材切割设备的迫切需求为目的。武汉华俄激光工程有限公司将立足于国内，放眼全球，在实现大幅面固体激光切割机工业化生产的基础上，打造具备创新研发、生产销售、技术服务为一体的、具有国际国内市场竞争能力固体激光产业集团。Wuhan HE Laser Engineering Co., Ltd is a Sino-Foreign joint venture, which was registered in Optics Valley of China in Wuhan in 2008. It is composed of two Chinese companies and Russian famous senior laser experts. Chinese companies are well-known laser enterprises in east-lake developing zone, which have strong economic strength and capability of independent innovation, and state-level Torch Program and the provincial government "Eleventh Five-Year" commitment to scientific and technological project units. In respect of basic research, application development and national defense applications, Russia inherits the essence of the former Soviet Union technology, strong R & D, with the level of world-class technology. Russia experienced well-known experts has long been engaged in teaching, research and development in Russia, they led the R & D team and made remarkable achievements in series of scientific research on solid-state lasers. Afterwards, they established a company that is mainly for developing and producing large breadth solid-state laser cutting machines. This kind of machine is applied in cutting procession for large breadth sheet metal, including stainless steel, nonferrous metals and alloy plate.
