3、认可"研磨时光"的企业文化，认可"研磨时光"经营理念和管理模式，包括：字号、品牌、标识、管理、形象、服务；
4、维护"研磨时光"商标品牌声誉，保证不对"研磨时光"商标进行侵犯；
5、有合法手续及合适的经营场所；
6、具有相应必要的物业条件和资金能力；
7、具有真诚合作态度，保证完成的经营过程中当地的对外各方关系的协调工作；
8、能够严格按照协议交纳加盟费及商标字号使用费；
9、能够接受“研磨时光”加盟体系的统一管理.

7、With the attitude of sincere cooperation,and ensure the completion of the operation of the process of external parties to the relationship between the local co-ordination
8、Be able to pay in strict accordance with the agreement and the trademark name fees;
9、Be able to accept the "coffee time" to join the unified management system.
