防爆电机装于底盘中心，取代轴承室，转鼓直接装在电机主轴上。电机带动转鼓旋转，物料由进料管引入转鼓，进料达到预定容积后停止进料，进一步分离。进料和分离过程中，液相物穿过滤布和转鼓壁滤孔排出转鼓，经排液管排出机外，固相物截留在转鼓内，分离完毕停机后，人工从上部卸料。
An explosion-proof motor is assembled at the center of the base plate of the machine with a basket connected directly with the main axle of the motor. A motor drives a basket, material being fed into the basket through a feed pipe, and the feeding is stopped for further separation after the fed material reaches the expected amount. In the process of feeding and separation, the liquid phase is discharged through filter cloth and the holes of the basket wall out of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, with the solid phase left in the basket. Discharge the cake from the top manually after separation and after the machine stops.

SSF Series are a kind of three-column top discharge batch filtering centrifuge, direct-drive and explosion-proof.
Their advantages are: simple structures, easy operation, hermetic, explosion-proof and clean. They can be used for separating the suspension with particle size of more than 0.01mm, especially for the separation of materials that have high demands on explosion-proof and being clean. So they are applied for such industries as chemical engineering, food, pharmacy and national defense.
