耐磨地坪 ABRASION RESISTANT FLOOR
耐磨地面硬化剂由一定颗粒级配的非金属矿物骨料（或金属和合金骨料）、特种水泥、其它掺合料和外加剂组成。将其均匀撒在即将初凝的混凝土表面，经专门的机械和工艺施工，从而使其与混泥土地面形成一个整体，且具有高致密性和高耐磨性。
The granular for abrasion resistance flooring is made of particular size of nonmetal mineral material (or metal and alloy), specific cement, other mixing aggregate and additives. Spreading granulars on the initial-cured concrete surface through special machine and application method, it will make granular and concrete to form a whole body which has high density and wear ability.

施工工艺流程：Application process
1.去除浮浆
使用加装圆盘的机械镘（模板边缘使用木镘）均匀地将混凝土表面浮浆层破坏掉。
2.撒布材料
浮浆去除后将规定的耐磨材料分两次均匀撒布在初凝阶段的混凝土表面。
3.圆盘施工
每次撒布作业完成后，进行加装圆盘的机械镘施工。
4.机械镘施工
在以后的施工中，根据混凝土的硬化情况，进行至少三次未加装圆盘的机械镘施工。
5.表面抹光作业
耐磨材料表面的最终修饰是使用机械镘或者手工镘加工完成。
6.地台养护
耐磨材料地台完成以后采用在其表面涂敷养护剂的方法进行养护。
1. Removing the mortar of concrete
A mechanical trowel with additional round grinding plate can be used to remove mortar of fresh concrete to get a sound substrate.
2. Spreading granular
After removing the mortar, spread abrasive granular twice on the initial cured concrete surface evenly.
3. Grinding with round plate
Grind the surface with mechanical trowel equipped with round plate after each spreading application.
4. Mechanical trowel application
In the following application perform mechanical trowel application without round plate at least three times according to curing period of concrete.
5. Polishing application
Final polishing of flooring is carried out with mechanical or manual trowel.
6. Preservation of flooring
Utilizing preservative agent to preserve the flooring. Coat surface with preservative agent after application.
使用时间：Use time
视周围温度湿度及混凝土内用的水泥而定。一般而言，48-72小时后可以开放行走；7-10天后轻型货车可以行驶；28天后可以正常使用。
Depend on environments humidity and the kind of cement used in the concrete. Normally time for walk is 48-72 hours, for light truck driving is 7-10 days, normal service after 28 days.
