一、用途及特点
本品在反打振动密实成型混凝土彩色人行道地砖工艺中使用，能明显提高地砖早期强度和后期强度、提高表面光洁度和装饰性，同时还具有抑制制品返霜和延缓制品的褪色功能。该剂具有使彩色面层持久保色、色彩鲜艳、光滑亮泽等特点，并且显著提高耐磨性及抗压强度和抗折强度，显著提高抗渗性，增强抗冻融能力，提高耐久性。

四、用法与用量
1、面层料配方（在面层料中作光亮剂使用）
（1）42.5等级硅酸盐灰水泥100kg
（2）水洗中砂或10~40目石英砂160kg
（3）40度洁净温水28±2kg
（4）着色剂（红，黄，绿）5kg，6kg，8kg
（5）CA-CZ光亮剂3～5kg
面层料制备：在搅拌机中先后投入配方量细骨料和彩色水泥或面料，然后边搅拌边投入配方量拌合水与光亮剂的混合液（必须事先准备好），拌匀后，浇注入模成型。
2、底层料配方
水泥︰砂子︰石子︰高效减水剂︰水 = 100︰167︰272︰1.25︰35
五、养护：阴凉干燥处养护72h脱模，在室内避光的条件下养护7d移到室外，这期间不可洒水养护。
六、贮存与运输：本品为无毒、无味、不燃、无腐蚀性危害，可按非危险品贮运。
The brightening Agent Used For The colour Road Face brick
The brightening agent used for the colour road face brick is an addition agent which is mainly made of sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde resin．
This brightening agent has the functions of increasing and strengthening the colour and let the road brick has bright-colour surface．Also，it can prolongs the colour fade time.This product is a yellowishtransparent liquid
or a white powder．It is non-poisonous，non-sitmutant，and non-corrosive material and does not pollute the environment．It can strongly adapt various colour cements and pigments．This product is mainly used to produce the colour road face brick products，the colour
cement tiles or other high bright surface colour concrete products which are made of the colour cement，the white cement and the common silicate cement．

Performance And Functions
1．It not only can be used to produce the artificial marble and terazzo，but also can obviously improve the colour of the decoration concrete products made by the common technology．It can make the concrete product surface bright
and clean like the procelain．
2．The cement brightening agent can adapt with Portland Cement or various colour cements very well.They all can get the same effects of brightening and keeping the colour well．It also can prevent the concrete surface to be
suffused with white.
3．The cement brightening agent has a certain of water reduce effect for the cement mortar pr concrete，and makes the cement mortar or concrete has more early strength。Thus，it can speed up the turnover of the models and enhance
the product quality．
4．The cement brightening agent has not the air-initiation effect．It only contain very small amount of the chloric ion(about 0.03～0.04%CL-)，so it has not the rust and corrosion effect to the iron bars．
5．The cement brightening agent can be used together with the other addition agents and does not influence the brightening effect of the cement product surface．
Application Method
1．The addition amount of the brightening agent is 3～5％ of the cement(generally 4％)．The higher of the addition amount,the better of the effect，the higher of the product strength，the brighter of the product surface，the stronger
of its anti-abrasion．
2. First,the brightening agent is dissolved into 70～80％of the water which is used for mixing the cement．Then，slowly add it into the mixture of the cement and aggregate and mix them fully．If the thickness of the mortar is
dryer，add into some water and fully mix them again to adjust the thickness．
3．Add the mortar into the model and vibrate it for about 10 seconds．More Vibration time will influence the brightness of the product surface．

彩色路面砖光亮剂是采用磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为主要原料制造而成的一种 外加剂。这种光亮刑具有增色、固色等功能，能赋予路面砖光亮鲜艳面层，相对延长褪色时间。该产品为无色至微黄色透明液体或白色粉剂，无毒、无刺激性、无腐蚀性，不对环境产生污染。与各种水泥、颜料均具有很强的适应性。产品主要用于彩色水泥、白水泥、普通硅酸姑水泥生产彩色路面砖制品，以及彩色水泥瓦或其他需要增强和提高表面光洁皮的彩色混凝土制品。

2、产品性能与应用
1 、它不仅可用于人造大理石和水磨石，而且可明显改善用普通混凝土路面砖的彩色效果，使混凝土具有光亮的表面。
2 、光亮剂对水泥适应性较好，无论是普通水泥或彩色水泥都能起到同样的增光保色效果，同时可预防混凝土表面泛白。
3 、光亮剂对水泥砂浆有一定的减水作用，使水泥砂浆早强和增强， 由此可见加速模具的周转，提高制品的率。
4 、光亮剂无引气作用，对钢筋无锈蚀。
5 、光亮剂可与其他外加剂一起使用，不影响光亮效果。
3、使用方法：
1 、光亮剂掺量约为水泥面料用量的 3~5 ％ ( 常用量为 4 ％ ) 。掺量越多，效果越好，制品强度更高，更光亮更耐磨。
2 、先将光亮剂溶于 70~80 ％的面料拌合水中，再慢慢加入正在搅拌的面料内，充分搅拌，观察面料稠度，可加多余的拌合水调节至适宜稠度。
3 、加入光亮剂的彩色面料入模后振动时间控制在一定时间内，不宜过长，否则会影响光亮度。
