菱格上胶聚酯薄膜是将改性特种环氧绝缘树脂呈现菱格状涂覆在电工聚酯薄膜上烘焙成半固化阶段的绝缘材料。由于基菱格形上胶聚酯薄膜的树脂涂层不是整体而是呈点状，未有涂层的通道十分有利于绝缘材料间空气的排除和液体的浸入，使电晕破坏局放破坏减少到最小值。可在气体或油的绝缘系统内作层间绝缘。主要用于六氟化硫互感器和变压器的层间绝缘及匝间绝缘。

Polyester film coated with resin binder forming rhombic pattern is an insulating material coating modified special epoxy insulating resin forming rhombic pattern on electrical polyester film and baking it into semi-curing stage. As the resin coating of polyester film coated with binder forming rhombic pattern is not integral but spotted, and the passage without coating is in favor of air removal of insulating materials and impregnation of liquid, partial discharge destroyed by corona decreases to the minimum. It can be used for interlayer isolation of gas or oil insulation system, especially interlayer insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of sulfur hexafluoride mutual inductors and transformers.

　　在90℃±5℃保持16小时的条件下固化；或在110℃±5℃保持6小时的条件下固化。

Cure at 90℃±5℃ for 16 hours or at 110℃±5℃ for 6 hours. 

贮存：

Storage: 
 

　　应贮存于温度不高于25℃的干燥、通风、洁净的环境，并应避免高温和曝光照射。贮存期为半年；超过贮存期经检验，合格者仍可使用。

Store in dry, ventilated and clean environment (not more than 25℃); keep away from high temperature and exposure irradiation. Storage period: Half year; in excess of the storage period, the qualified one after inspection also can be used.
