无锡市罡强机械有限公司/无锡市君恒弹簧有限公司/无锡市东亭新强弹簧厂创建于1987年，工厂占地面积38亩，厂房面积约18000多平方米。工厂紧靠沪宁高速公路无锡东出口处，地理位置优越，交通十分便利。固定资产1.2亿，弹簧年生产量15000吨。工厂拥有260多名员工，技术人员30名以及各种岗位均配备专业技术员工和合作团队，长期致力于优质的服务和创造高品质产品。
本厂为专业生产弹簧的企业。主要生产汽车、重型卡车减震弹簧，轿车悬架弹簧，卡车制动器弹簧和车库遥控门（工业门）扭簧以及各种机械弹簧、模具弹簧、精密五金弹簧、管道支吊架、恒力吊架、装备机械、工程机械、焦炉设备等产品。工厂引进台湾专业弹簧制造生产流水线，采用先进数控冷卷技术工艺，生产钢丝线径从0.2-20.0mm各种类型弹簧；热卷可生产线径18.0-90.0mm各种类型弹簧，以标准化的生产工艺以及精密的检测设备，并严格按照ISO9001认证的标准管理，保证产品质量。并与众多企业建立长期友好合作关系，现我们产品已批量出口到欧洲、美国、澳大利亚、东南亚以及中东等国家地区。

　 Wuxi JunHeng Spring Factory was founded in 1987 with a building area of 26000㎡ and plant area of 18000㎡. Our factory has favorable geographic position and convenient transportation.lt’s near Wuxi’s east exit of Shanghai-Nanjing Highway. We have 120 million rmb fixed assets, spring annual production 15000 tons, more than260 clients, including 30 senior technicians and an excellent specialized team who devote to superior service and products of high quality.
　 We are specialized in producing all kinds of springs, The main products include suspension spring for auto ,motor and electric bicycle brake system , various springs for the remote control door of the garage ,other equipment ,machine ,mold and precise instrument.We imported professional production line for spring manufacturing from Taiwan,with the capacity of CNC technique ,which can produce springs in wire size from 0.2mm to 20.0mm for cold coiling and 18mm to 90mm for hot coiling .Abundant and advanced inspection equipments were also brought in to ensure the high quality. And we have built close cooperation with several enterprises in both domestic and abroad market under the ISO 9001 controlling system. Up to now ,we have exported to Europe ,America, Australia , South-Eest Asia,Middle East and so on .
